Hoy quiero testificarles sobre el poder de la alabanza en la guerra espiritual.
Today I want to testify to you about the power of praise in spiritual warfare.
Ayer, mientras trataba subir a internet un mensaje profético sobre el arrebatamiento, sentí muchísima oposición y guerra espiritual en mi casa. Fue realmente difícil. Las computadoras se volvieron locas y no podíamos editar el video y subirlo a internet.
Yesterday, while I was trying to upload a prophetic message about the rapture to the internet, I felt a lot of opposition and spiritual warfare in my house. It was really difficult. The computers went crazy and we couldn’t edit the video or upload it.
Sentía que Dios me mostraba cómo es cuando hay presencias que no vienen de parte de Él. Podía sentir esas presencias en mi casa: sentía oposición y acciones de brujería, porque el diablo quería impedir que ese video llege al público.
I felt that God was showing me what it’s like when there are presences that don’t come from Him. I could sense those presences in my house: I felt opposition and acts of witchcraft, because the devil wanted to keep that video from reaching the public.
Al final, logramos subir el video, pero cuando me preparaba para dormir, aún podía sentir presencias malignas en nuestro hogar. Y al quedarme dormida, tuve un sueño.
In the end, we managed to upload the video, but as I was getting ready for bed, I could still feel evil presences in our home. And as I was falling asleep, I had a dream.
Normalmente, el Señor me da revelaciones en esos momentos en los que estoy a punto de dormirme, justo en ese espacio entre la vigilia y el sueño. Aún estando despierta, recibo revelaciones a través del don de profecía o de interpretación de lenguas, o a través de visiones. Pero muchas de las enseñanzas que Él me ha dado sobre la guerra espiritual han sido en sueños, como fue el caso n la noche pasada.
Normally, the Lord gives me revelations in those moments when I’m about to fall asleep, right in that space between wakefulness and sleep. While I’m still awake, I receive revelations through the gift of prophecy or interpretation of tongues, or through visions. But many of the teachings He’s given me about spiritual warfare have come through dreams, as was the case last night.
En el sueño, seguía sintiendo esas presencias malignas alrededor mío y en mi casa. Veía que había brujas alrededor, tratando de impedir el desarrollo normal de nuestro ministerio y el trabajo para Dios. Entonces empecé a invocar el nombre de Jesucristo, diciendo: «¡En el nombre de Jesús, te ordeno que te vayas! ¡Cancelo toda brujería!» Pero esas presencias demoníacas no se iban.
In the dream, I kept feeling those evil presences around me and in my house. I saw that there were witches around, trying to hinder the normal flow of our ministry and our work for God. So I began to call on the name of Jesus Christ, saying, “In the name of Jesus, I command you to leave! I cancel all witchcraft!” But those demonic presences wouldn’t leave.
En ese momento, sentí la necesidad de cantar. No fue que escuché la voz de Dios en el sueño, pero supe que Él quería que cante. Así que empecé a cantar en español: «Dios, alabado seas. Bendito sea tu nombre. Señor, ven, entra en mi casa. Señor, ven a mi casa. Señor, ven a mi casa.»
At that moment, I felt the need to sing. It wasn’t that I heard God’s voice in the dream, but I knew He wanted me to sing. So I began to sing in Spanish: “God, may You be praised. Blessed be Your name. Lord, come, enter my house. Lord, come to my house. Lord, come to my house.”
Cuando empecé a cantar, levantar las manos, alabar al Señor y llamarlo para que venga a mi casa y nos proteja, sentí como que explotó una bomba en el espíritu y desapareció toda mala presencia y todo espíritu demoníaco.
When I started to sing, raise my hands, praise the Lord, and call Him to come into my house and protect us, it was as if a bomb exploded in the spirit and every evil presence and every demonic spirit disappeared.
Me desperté y entendí que el Señor quería mostrarme el poder de la alabanza en la guerra espiritual. No era la primera vez que el Señor me mostraba esto; ya antes me había hablado sobre la importancia del canto, tanto en nuestro idioma como en lenguas, haciéndome entender que es un arma muy poderosa en el mundo espiritual.
I woke up and understood that the Lord wanted to show me the power of praise in spiritual warfare. This wasn’t the first time the Lord had shown me this; He had already spoken to me before about the importance of singing, both in our own language and in tongues, making me understand that it’s a very powerful weapon in the spiritual world.
No se trata de cantar como profesionales ni de tener la mejor técnica. Lo importante es que la motivación y la disposición para cantar a Dios deben provenir del corazón.
It’s not about singing like professionals or having the best technique. What matters is that the motivation and willingness to sing to God must come from the heart.
Por lo que he experimentado, puedo decirles que cantar y llamar a Dios a través del canto es un arma muy poderosa en el espíritu, aunque no seamos cantantes profesionales, y ahora la uso todo el tiempo en mi vida y en mi casa.
From what I’ve experienced, I can tell you that singing and calling on God through singing is a very powerful weapon in the spirit, even if we’re not professional singers, and now I use it all the time in my life and in my home.
También lo he visto en otros hermanos. Cuando cantamos juntos, sea en lenguas o canciones que otros han compuesto para el Señor, se siente cómo cambia la atmósfera y el ambiente.
I’ve also seen this in other brothers. When we sing together, whether in tongues or in songs others have composed for the Lord, you can feel how the atmosphere and environment change.
El Señor me ha mostrado a través de visiones y de interpretación de lenguas que cuando uno le canta, se genera un escudo espiritual alrededor nuestro. Hay otras formas de alabanza, pero en esta ocasión les hablo solo del canto.
The Lord has shown me through visions and interpretation of tongues that when you sing to Him, a spiritual shield is formed around us. There are other forms of praise, but on this occasion I’m speaking only about singing.
A través de la interpretación de canto en lenguas, he visto visiones donde el Señor me ha mostrado que cuando uno canta en lenguas, los ángeles se acercan y alaban a Dios al lado nuestro, cantando y tocando instrumentos en el espíritu. Los demonios no lo soportan y huyen despavoridos.
Through interpretation of singing in tongues, I’ve seen visions where the Lord has shown me that when you sing in tongues, angels draw near and praise God beside us, singing and playing instruments in the spirit. The demons can’t stand it and flee in terror.
El Señor me enseña mucho a través de los sueños. Son sueños lúcidos, donde en algún momento mi conciencia se despierta y el Señor me dice lo que tengo que hacer, y yo puedo decidir en el sueño hacer lo que el Señor me dice o no.
The Lord teaches me a lot through dreams. They are lucid dreams, where at some point my consciousness awakens and the Lord tells me what I have to do, and I can decide in the dream whether or not to do what the Lord tells me.
Les voy a compartir una parte de la Biblia que habla sobre esto. Hay muchos versículos que hablan de la importancia de la alabanza y la adoración, y Dios nos motiva, nos insta y nos enseña que tenemos que alabarlo constantemente.
I’m going to share with you a part of the Bible that talks about this. There are many verses that speak about the importance of praise and worship, and God motivates us, urges us, and teaches us that we must praise Him constantly.
Una de las razones por las que lo hace es porque la alabanza es un arma poderosa en la guerra espiritual y tiene muchísimo poder en el espíritu. Lo que sucede en el espíritu cuando cantamos a Dios es realmente impactante.
One reason He does this is that praise is a powerful weapon in spiritual warfare and has tremendous power in the spirit. What happens in the spirit when we sing to God is truly impactful.
[2 Chronicles 20:21-22] And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever. And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
Cuando el Señor me muestra que alguien quiere atacarnos en el espíritu, o que hay malas presencias, o que algo anda mal en nuestro hogar, muchas veces lo que hago es ponerme a cantar y alabar al Señor, bendecirlo y glorificarlo. Improviso y le digo al Señor lo que hay en mi corazón, le cuento que lo amo, que lo bendigo, que quiero estar con Él, que quiero servirlo y complacerlo. Y en ese mismo instante el ambiente cambia y se puede sentir claramente cuánto el reino de la oscuridad detesta y rechaza la alabanza y la adoración hacia Dios.
When the Lord shows me that someone wants to attack us in the spirit, or that there are evil presences, or that something is wrong in our home, many times what I do is start singing and praising the Lord, blessing Him and glorifying Him. I improvise and tell the Lord what’s in my heart—I tell Him I love Him, that I bless Him, that I want to be with Him, that I want to serve Him and please Him. And right then, the atmosphere changes, and you can clearly feel how much the kingdom of darkness detests and rejects praise and worship directed to God.
Espero que esto los edifique, los ayude y los motive. Quiero exhortarlos a que me acompañen y alaben al Señor en todo tiempo y en todo lugar, simplemente para glorificarlo, para amarlo y para regalarle nuestros cantos.
