My fellow Christian,

I have created this test to help you examine yourself in the light of the Bible and see where you stand with God. My intention is not to judge you, but to hold the mirror of God’s Word before your eyes so you can see your true spiritual condition.

If you realize you don’t measure up, humble yourself and repent before God. He won’t turn away anyone who comes to Him with a sincere and surrendered heart. Don’t harden your heart and assume you are “OK” with Him, when deep in your heart you know you are not.

God is calling you to be active and alive for Him and his interests, not lukewarm and absorbed with your own desires and ambitions, living for self and only paying God lip service.

[James 1:22-24] Be DOERS of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like.

Are you a DOER of the word? Or only a deceived believer?

The Bible is very clear that worldly and lukewarm Christians will be rejected.

[James 4:4] You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

[Revelation 3:16] So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.

Only believing is not enough. If we want to be in right standing with God, we have to live as He desires and requires.

Jesus warned his followers:

[Matthew 7:23] Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, “Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?” And then will I declare to them, “I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.”

Are you doing the will of the Father in heaven?

At the final judgment, Jesus will say to many Christians:

[Matthew 25:41-43] Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.

What will Jesus say to YOU?
