Tell Them to Get Up and Work for Me

[Luke 10:2] Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

La iglesia será probada. Tal como lo dije antes, viene un tiempo de tribulación, que es un tiempo de preparación.

The church will be tested. Just as I said before, a time of tribulation is coming, a time of preparation.

Diles a mi gente que se prepare, como se prepara la novia: con diligencia, porque sabe que si no se prepara no llegará lista al casamiento. Diles que estén firmes y sean activos. Diles que se arrepientan de la sedición del espíritu, de la dejadez, de estar apesadumbrados, de la negligencia.

Tell My people to prepare themselves, just as a bride prepares herself: with diligence, because she knows that if she doesn’t prepare, she won’t be ready for the wedding. Tell them to stand firm and be active. Tell them to repent of the rebellion of the spirit, of apathy, of heaviness, of negligence.

Muchos se dejan atormentar y se dejan aplastar porque en realidad son holgazanes. Quieren ser aplastados para tener una excusa para no hacer nada, para no activarse en mí.

Many let themselves be tormented and crushed because, in reality, they’re lazy. They want to be crushed so they have an excuse to do nothing, to avoid becoming active in Me.

Diles que cuando Yo venga quiero encontrarlos trabajando, construyendo, edificando en el espíritu. Quiero encontrarlos haciendo algo digno para servirme. Quiero encontrarlos como siervos, como amigos, como capataces, constructores de mi reino.

Tell them that when I come, I want to find them working, building, edifying in the Spirit. I want to find them doing something worthy of serving Me. I want to find them as servants, as friends, as foremen, as builders of My kingdom.

No quiero ver almohadas hundidas de dormir. No quiero ver ramas caídas y abatidas. Diles que los estoy llamando a que se levanten de la silla donde están sentados y usen sus manos para bendecir a otros.

I don’t want to see pillows sunken from sleeping. I don’t want to see branches fallen and beaten down. Tell them I’m calling them to get up from the chair where they’re sitting and use their hands to bless others.

Mis ovejas tienen sed, tienen hambre. Están enfermas, maltratadas, cansadas. No tienen adónde ir, no tienen guía. Están desahuciadas, arruinadas. Han sido golpeadas, ultrajadas. Se sienten estafadas, defraudadas, y se alejan de mí por la mala acción del hombre.

My sheep are thirsty, they’re hungry. They’re sick, mistreated, tired. They have nowhere to go, they have no guide. They’re hopeless, ruined. They’ve been beaten, outraged. They feel cheated, defrauded, and they turn away from Me because of man’s wrongdoing.

Muchos de mis obreros están inactivos, como una máquina que está apagada. No están en funcionamiento y no se activan en mí. Dejan pasar el tiempo o posponen las tareas que les he pedido.

Many of My workers are inactive, like a machine that’s turned off. They’re not operating and they’re not becoming active in Me. They let time slip by or postpone the tasks I’ve given them.

Esto me enfurece. Es desobediencia, es rebeldía, es sedición, porque el que no está conmigo está contra mí.

This enrages Me. It’s disobedience, it’s rebellion, it’s sedition, because whoever isn’t with Me is against Me.

Desde ya te digo que todo aquel que trabaje para mí no perderá su recompensa, porque el obrero es digno de su salario. Todo el que se digne a trabajar para mí será reconocido en el cielo. Su nombre tendrá un lugar en mi reino y los ángeles conocerán su nombre.

From now on I tell you that everyone who works for Me won’t lose his reward, because the worker is worthy of his wages. Everyone who’s willing to work for Me will be recognized in heaven. His name will have a place in My kingdom and the angels will know his name.

Diles que utilicen los dones que les he dado. Diles que pongan sus talentos arriba de la mesa, que no los escondan, que no los guarden en el bolsillo, que no sean egoístas, que sean generosos con lo que Yo les he dado.

Tell them to use the gifts I’ve given them. Tell them to put their talents on the table, not to hide them, not to keep them in their pockets, not to be selfish, but to be generous with what I’ve given them.

No temas de hablar estas cosas, Noelia, porque Yo sé bien a quienes les estoy hablando: a un pueblo rebelde, a un pueblo holgazán, a un pueblo que no quiere levantarse y dejar su comodidad para servirme a mí, al Rey dador.

Don’t be afraid to say these things, Noelia, because I know very well who I’m speaking to: a rebellious people, a lazy people, a people who don’t want to get up and leave their comfort to serve Me, the giving King.

Todo les he dado. Sin embargo, no quieren seguirme, no quieren trabajar, no quieren utilizar sus manos para bendecir a los demás. Aun así, Yo les hablo y les hablo y les digo lo que tienen que hacer, y no me quieren escuchar.

I’ve given them everything. Even so, they don’t want to follow Me, they don’t want to work, they don’t want to use their hands to bless others. Even so, I speak to them and speak to them and tell them what they must do, and they don’t want to listen to Me.

Muchos están buscando de mí, están buscando dirección, pero no se dan cuenta de que siguen en el mundo, que no han renunciado a él. Por lo tanto, no se entregan a mí para que Yo pueda mostrarles la senda que tienen que caminar.

Many are seeking Me, they’re seeking direction, but they don’t realize they’re still in the world, that they haven’t renounced it. That’s why they don’t surrender to Me so I can show them the path they must walk.

Por lo tanto, amiga mía, coméntales que estoy esperando a que vengan a los campos a trabajar, que la mies es mucha y los obreros son pocos, y cada uno de ellos es necesario. Cada uno de ellos es una piedra preciosa para mí y les he dado dones, y les he dado regalos, y les he dado herramientas, y quiero enseñarles cómo utilizarlas.

So, My friend, tell them that I’m waiting for them to come to the fields to work, that the harvest is plentiful and the workers are few, and each one is needed. Each one is a precious stone to Me and I’ve given them gifts, and I’ve given them presents, and I’ve given them tools, and I want to teach them how to use them.

Pero son pesados, están inactivos, están apagados. Se han dejado apagar por el enemigo. Se han dejado engañar. Se han dejado convencer cuando el hombre les ha puesto un cartel de «stop» delante de ellos.

But they’re heavy, they’re inactive, they’re turned off. They’ve let themselves be turned off by the enemy. They’ve let themselves be deceived. They’ve let themselves be convinced when man has put a “stop” sign in front of them.

Mientras tanto, Yo les insistía en que trabajen, que hagan cosas para mí, que me sirvan, que ayuden al pobre, al necesitado, a los solitarios, a las viudas, a los niños indefensos y más. Les insistía en que cumplan con sus llamados. Pero aun así ellos se han tapado los oídos para no escuchar mi voz, para no escuchar mi dirección.

Meanwhile, I kept urging them to work, to do things for Me, to serve Me, to help the poor, the needy, the lonely, the widows, the helpless children, and more. I kept urging them to fulfill their callings. But even so, they’ve covered their ears so they won’t hear My voice, so they won’t hear My direction.

Cuando llegue el momento dado de encontrarnos cara a cara, Yo les preguntaré: «¿Qué hiciste con lo que te di?», y muchos se van a quedar mudos porque no van a tener cómo responderme. No van a poder justificarse porque no van a haber mostrado su amor por mí.

When the time comes for us to meet face to face, I’ll ask them, “What did you do with what I gave you?” and many will be left speechless because they’ll have no way to answer Me. They won’t be able to justify themselves because they won’t have shown their love for Me.

Así que ahora, hija mía, comparte este mensaje. Exhórtalos a que se muevan, a que separen las aguas, a que crucen el Mar Rojo y salgan de la tierra de Egipto y se entreguen por completo a mí, a Jesús, el único Salvador, y Yo les voy a dar la libertad, y les voy a dar una vida nueva, y les voy a dar una nueva tarea para mi reino.

So now, My daughter, share this message. Urge them to move, to part the waters, to cross the Red Sea, to come out of the land of Egypt, and to surrender themselves completely to Me, to Jesus, the only Savior. I will give them freedom, I will give them a new life, and I will give them a new task for My kingdom.

A todos aquellos que me siguen y trabajan arduamente para mí y utilizan su tiempo en mí y utilizan sus recursos para mí, les digo que todo eso está escrito. Todo lo tengo registrado, dice el Señor, y voy a pagar a cada cual según lo que haya hecho.

To all who follow Me and work hard for Me, who use their time for Me and their resources for Me, I tell you that all of this is written down. I have everything recorded, says the Lord, and I will repay each one according to what they have done.

Así que ahora, mis hijitos, levántense. Párense de la silla donde están sentados. Abran sus bocas y hablen de mi nombre. Proclamen mi nombre. Propaguen las noticias del Reino. Cumplan con el propósito que les he dado.

So now, My little ones, rise up. Get up from the chair where you are sitting. Open your mouths and speak My name. Proclaim My name. Spread the news of the Kingdom. Fulfill the purpose I have given you.

Busquen y busquen y no dejen de buscar. No dejen de golpear y no dejen de insistir, porque a todo aquel que golpee, a él se le abrirá. A todo aquel que busque, a él se le dará y encontrará. Mas a aquellos que se queden acostados durmiendo, porque «están cansados», hasta lo poco que tienen se les quitará.

Seek and seek, and do not stop seeking. Do not stop knocking, do not stop insisting, because to everyone who knocks, it will be opened. To everyone who seeks, it will be given, and they will find. But to those who stay lying down sleeping because “they are tired,” even the little they have will be taken away.

Ahora llega el tiempo de moverse. Llega el tiempo de registrar sus firmas en mí. Llega el tiempo de levantarse. Llega el tiempo de poner las cosas sobre la mesa. Llega el tiempo de exponer la verdad a la luz.

Now the time has come to move. The time has come to sign your names in Me. The time has come to rise up. The time has come to put things on the table. The time has come to bring the truth to light.

Si no me has servido, dice el Señor, arrepiéntete y entrégame tus manos con un corazón humilde y arrepentido. Apártate de ser holgazán, de ser perezoso. Apártate de la pereza y pídeme que bendiga tus manos, que te abra la puerta para que salgas a obrar para mí.

If you have not served Me, says the Lord, repent and give Me your hands with a humble and repentant heart. Turn away from being lazy, from being idle. Turn away from laziness and ask Me to bless your hands, to open the door for you to go out and work for Me.

So work, Noelia, and tell them what I am telling you. Spread it to the four winds. Send out the message and the Holy Spirit will distribute it. Amen.
