Find Your Calling

Yo he creado cada alma en particular y en detalle, con mi propia mano, dice Jesús. Los he equipado a cada uno de ustedes con diferentes herramientas, con diferentes características, y la constitución de cada uno de ustedes varía entre una persona y otra. Y de la misma manera que un carpintero en su taller cuenta con muchas y diferentes herramientas para trabajar sobre la madera, Yo también, que soy el buen carpintero, dispongo en mi reino de diferentes tipos de personas que trabajan sobre mis ovejas.

I have created each soul individually and with care, with My own hand, says Jesus. I have given each of you different tools and traits, and each of you is made differently from the rest. Just as a carpenter in his workshop has many different tools for working with wood, I too, the good carpenter, have all kinds of people in My kingdom working with My sheep.

Yo he llamado en particular a cada uno de ustedes para una tarea específica. Así como el carpintero dispone de herramientas de medición, de ensamble, de unión, de corte o de acabado, Yo también dispongo en mi reino de diferentes tipos de personas que trabajan para mí en mis ovejas, y cada uno de ustedes tiene una tarea diferente.

I have called each of you specifically for a particular task. Just as the carpenter has measuring tools, joining tools, fastening tools, cutting tools, and finishing tools, I have all kinds of people in My kingdom working on My sheep, and each of you has a different role.

Así, todos han sido llamados a la salvación y a la vida eterna, pero no todos realizan el ministerio de la misma manera, y hay diferentes tipos de ministerios, así como hay diferentes tipos de personalidades. Cada uno de ustedes tiene una personalidad acorde al ministerio al que ha sido llamado y cuenta con las herramientas necesarias para cumplir con el llamado que Yo les he dado.

All are called to salvation and eternal life, but not everyone serves in ministry the same way, and there are many kinds of ministries, just as there are many kinds of personalities. Each of you has a personality suited to the ministry you have been called to, and you have the tools you need to fulfill the calling I have given you.

Pero en estos días, por falta de entendimiento, el martillo se levanta y golpea al destornillador, el serrucho corta la lija, y así cada herramienta de mi taller se está levantando una contra la otra, dice Jesús, sin entender que todos trabajan para mi reino de una manera distinta. Y también está sucediendo que el martillo quiere ser destornillador, el serrucho quiere ser lija, y por causa de la envidia se generan contiendas y discusiones, que solamente provocan una pérdida de tiempo en el trabajo para mi reino.

But in these days, because there is so little understanding, the hammer rises up and strikes the screwdriver, the saw cuts the sandpaper, and each tool in My workshop turns against the others, says Jesus, without realizing that all serve My kingdom in different ways. Now the hammer wants to be a screwdriver, the saw wants to be sandpaper, and quarrels and arguments break out from envy, wasting time that should be spent working for My kingdom.

De la misma manera, esto sucede en mi iglesia hoy en día, dice Jesús. Lo único que hace el martillo es fijarse si la lija hace bien su trabajo, y mientras tanto, el martillo hace cualquier cosa con los clavos. Así, la escuadra quiere ser destornillador y cada uno quiere ser lo que no es, en vez de ocuparse de la tarea para la que fue llamado, en vez de enfocarse en desarrollar sus mejores virtudes.

This is what is happening in My church today, says Jesus. The hammer just watches to see if the sandpaper is doing its job right, and meanwhile, the hammer does whatever it wants with the nails. The square wants to be a screwdriver, and everyone wants to be something they are not, instead of focusing on the task they were called to and developing their best qualities.

En vez de ocuparse en desarrollar cada vez mejor la tarea a la cual ha sido llamado, su atención está puesta en otra herramienta de mi reino. Pero Yo los estoy llamando ahora a que empiecen a entender cómo trabaja mi Padre, dice Jesús, y que a mi Padre le gusta la diversidad. Él mismo creó estas diferencias entre las personas para poder realizar una tarea completa sobre la madera, porque la madera no puede quedar sin ensamblar y sin refinar. Para realizar una silla o una mesa se necesita del martillo, del serrucho, de los clavos, de la escuadra, de la regla. Se necesita de cada herramienta para poder realizar una sola pieza.

Instead of seeking to improve at what they were called to do, they fix their attention on another tool in My kingdom. But I am calling you now to begin to understand how My Father works, says Jesus, and that My Father loves diversity. He Himself created these differences among people so that the work on the wood could be complete, because the wood cannot be left unassembled and unfinished. To make a chair or a table, you need the hammer, the saw, the nails, the square, the ruler. You need every tool to create a single piece.

Entonces, ustedes, hermanos míos, dice Jesús, unifíquense con un solo propósito y dejen de pelear entre ustedes con envidias, tratando de debatir quién hace mejor su tarea. Comiencen a unirse, a alentarse entre ustedes y a entender que Yo los he llamado para una tarea distinta y particular a cada uno de ustedes, y que Yo los necesito más atentos que nunca y más juntos que nunca, porque vienen tiempos difíciles, donde las herramientas tienen que unirse para poder realizar una misma pieza, para trabajar sobre la madera, la cual es mi gente.

So you, My brothers, says Jesus, unite with a single purpose and stop fighting among yourselves out of envy, arguing about who does their job better. Begin to come together, to encourage one another, and to understand that I have called each of you for a unique and specific task, and that I need you more attentive and more united than ever, because difficult times are coming when the tools must come together to make a single piece, to work on the wood, which is My people.

No se distraigan y pongan su atención en mi reino. Atiendan a mis ovejas. Respétense y aprendan que en la casa de mi Padre existe la diversidad y las diferencias, y que estas existen para dar frutos y llegar a mi reino con la canasta llena de frutos, dice Jesús.

Do not get distracted, but fix your attention on My kingdom. Tend My sheep. Respect one another and remember that in My Father’s house there is diversity and difference, and that these exist so you can bear fruit and arrive in My kingdom with your basket full of fruit, says Jesus.

Si ustedes todavía no saben cómo utilizar la herramienta que Yo les di o, más aún, si todavía no saben cuál es la herramienta que Yo les he dado, para qué han sido llamados, entonces pregúntenme, dice Jesús. Busquen y van a encontrar, golpeen y Yo les voy a abrir, porque Yo estoy esperando que me hablen, esperando que me pregunten, esperando que busquen, y Yo les voy a decir para qué han sido llamados y por qué tienen la personalidad y las características que tienen.

If you still do not know how to use the tool I have given you, or even if you still do not know what the tool is that I have given you, or what you have been called for, then ask Me, says Jesus. Seek and you will find, knock and I will open to you, because I am waiting for you to speak to Me, waiting for you to ask Me, waiting for you to seek, and I will tell you what you have been called for and why you have the personality and traits you have.

Yo les voy a enseñar cómo utilizar de forma eficiente cada herramienta que Yo les he entregado a cada uno de ustedes. Les voy a enseñar cómo trabajar de forma comunitaria con cada herramienta que está en el reino de mi Padre, cómo unirse para realizar la pieza de la mejor manera posible, para trabajar sobre mi madera, para sanar a mi gente, para liberarla, para darle una palabra de consuelo, para ayudar a los necesitados, para administrar mis bienes, etc.

I will teach you how to use every tool I have given you effectively. I will teach you how to work together with every tool in My Father’s kingdom, how to come together so you can play your part in the best possible way—to work with My wood, to heal My people, to set them free, to offer a word of comfort, to help those in need, to manage My resources, and more.

Y recuerden que el Espíritu Santo está con ustedes hasta el fin de sus días.

And remember that the Holy Spirit is with you until the end of your days.
