You want to experience them, you want to touch them, but at the same time you feel like something is missing, like there’s an obstacle keeping you from experiencing them, like something is standing between you and those things.

You must be baptized in water and you must receive the Holy Spirit, going through the immersion in the Holy Spirit.

The Lord tells me that after believing, the next step is to repent and be converted with all your heart, to completely turn around, to change so fully that you don’t return to your past sins. [2 Corinthians 7:10] For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

There are some who say they’re Christians and children of God, but they haven’t been born again and don’t have the Holy Spirit. On the other hand, when someone doesn’t do this, they’re being unrighteous, God tells me, because they’re not fulfilling all righteousness.

It doesn’t matter if someone gets baptized in water—without repentance, that baptism is just an empty symbol. Even if the person physically goes into the water, nothing has changed in the spirit. The body hasn’t been surrendered to belong to the Lord Jesus.

And not only that, but it’s actually an insult, because getting baptized without repenting is lying to the Lord, and this opens the door for God’s judgment to come upon their life for spitting on the cross of the Lord.

So, everyone who feels dry and thirsty to drink from the Holy Spirit, everyone who doesn’t feel those rivers of living water flowing within, everyone who can’t experience the kingdom of God, walk in the Spirit, or understand spiritual things, everyone who has fulfilled the necessary steps and has already been cleansed and prepared for the Lord, let them ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and the Lord will grant it if they’re truly repentant, if they’ve truly obeyed and fulfilled all righteousness.

Nothing is happening on a spiritual level in your lives. You hear others talk about spiritual things, but you don’t understand them, and sometimes you don’t even believe them, because since you can’t experience these things for yourself, you think others are making things up, exaggerating, lying, or just imagining things.
Pero solo el que está nacido de nuevo puede caminar en cosas nuevas, porque es una nueva criatura, porque es literalmente una nueva persona en Cristo Jesús. Nacer de nuevo es literal. Es como volver a nacer. Es un antes y un después. Uno no es el mismo después de haber nacido de nuevo.
But only those who are born again can walk in new things, because they are a new creation, because they are literally a new person in Christ Jesus. Being born again is literal. It’s like being born a second time. There is a before and an after. You’re not the same after being born again.
La cruz de Jesús marca un antes y un después en la historia del hombre, y todos los que vivimos bajo el nuevo pacto que Jesús estableció, los que creemos en Él y estamos nacidos de nuevo, tenemos como regalo por gracia el privilegio y la honra de poder vivir en el Espíritu como Él vivió, caminando en el poder de Dios.
The cross of Jesus marks a before and an after in the history of mankind, and all of us who live under the new covenant Jesus established, all of us who believe in Him and are born again have, as a gift of grace, the privilege and honor of being able to live in the Spirit as He did, walking in the power of God.
El Señor dice que tienen que entender la importancia de nacer de nuevo y que reaccionen. Levántense de la silla donde están desde hace tanto tiempo, sintiéndose secos, apagados, oscuros, sintiendo que les falta algo, viendo que no pueden avanzar, que hay límites que no pueden pasar.
The Lord says you need to understand how important it is to be born again, and you need to react. Get up from the chair where you’ve been sitting for so long, feeling dry, dull, in darkness, feeling like something is missing, seeing that you can’t move forward, that there are limits you can’t cross.
Muchos de ustedes leen el Libro de los Hechos y dicen: «¿Cómo puede ser que yo no experimento nada de lo que está escrito acá? No puedo hablar en lenguas, no profetizo, no tengo visiones, no hago milagros ni sanidades, no puedo discernir lo que veo que los otros disciernen. ¿Por qué?»
Many of you read the Book of Acts and say, “How come I don’t experience anything that’s written here? I can’t speak in tongues, I don’t prophesy, I don’t have visions, I don’t perform miracles or healings, I can’t discern what I see others discerning. Why?”
Es porque no están nacidos de nuevo. El Espíritu Santo de Dios no los ha bautizado, no los ha llenado. El templo que son ustedes no se llenó de la nube de poder que es el Espíritu Santo. La Biblia dice:
It’s because you’re not born again. The Holy Spirit of God hasn’t baptized you, hasn’t filled you. The temple that is you hasn’t been filled with the cloud of power that is the Holy Spirit. The Bible says:
[Acts 1:8] But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Algunos de ustedes salen a predicar por las calles y le hablan a los demás de Jesús, y a veces hablan de cosas que no han experimentado, que no han visto, que no han palpado, porque el Espíritu Santo no habita adentro de ustedes. Han leído cosas espirituales, pero no las han vivido, porque es el Espíritu Santo el que concede el poder de Dios en nosotros.
Some of you go out to preach on the streets and talk to others about Jesus, and sometimes you talk about things you haven’t experienced, things you haven’t seen, things you haven’t touched, because the Holy Spirit doesn’t live inside you. You’ve read about spiritual things, but you haven’t lived them, because it’s the Holy Spirit who gives us the power of God.
Algunos de ustedes no pueden dejar de pecar porque no han experimentado esa fuerza extraordinaria para resistir la tentación que solo concede el Espíritu Santo de Dios morando en nosotros, porque el que no ha nacido de nuevo, el que no ha sido bautizado por el Espíritu de Dios, sigue siendo solamente carnal y no espiritual. Las cosas espirituales no tienen más protagonismo que las carnales, porque no está el Espíritu de Dios llevándolos a caminar en ellas.
Some of you can’t stop sinning because you haven’t experienced that extraordinary strength to resist temptation that only the Holy Spirit of God living in us can give, because someone who hasn’t been born again, who hasn’t been baptized by the Spirit of God, remains only carnal and not spiritual. Spiritual things aren’t more important than carnal things, because the Spirit of God isn’t leading you to walk in them.
El que no ha nacido de nuevo por el Espíritu de Dios se mantiene en un plano terrenal. Tiene un espíritu, pero ese espíritu no ha sido regenerado. Tiene un cuerpo, pero el cuerpo no es un templo que ha sido llenado de la nube del Espíritu Santo y del poder que concede.
Anyone who hasn’t been born again by the Spirit of God remains on an earthly level. They have a spirit, but that spirit hasn’t been regenerated. They have a body, but the body is not a temple filled with the cloud of the Holy Spirit and the power He gives.
Por lo tanto, no va a caminar en el nivel espiritual en que caminan los que están nacidos de nuevo. Se va a mantener en un plano terrenal, en un plano carnal, y su espíritu no va a poder elevarse por sobre las cosas terrenales y carnales, porque no está conectado con el Espíritu Santo, que es el que lo eleva en las cosas espirituales.
So, they won’t walk on the spiritual level that those who are born again walk on. They’ll remain on an earthly level, on a carnal level, and their spirit won’t be able to rise above earthly and carnal things, because it’s not connected with the Holy Spirit, who is the one who lifts them up in spiritual things.
El Señor dice que hay un nivel más para los que no están nacidos de nuevo, para los que no experimentan esas cosas espirituales y ni siquiera las pueden entender. Y no las pueden entender porque solo el Espíritu Santo puede interpretar y revelar lo que sucede a nivel espiritual. Lo espiritual se entiende a nivel espiritual, y el Espíritu Santo es el que da la llave para abrir esos misterios escondidos.
The Lord says there’s another level for those who aren’t born again, for those who don’t experience these spiritual things and can’t even understand them. They can’t understand them because only the Holy Spirit can interpret and reveal what happens on a spiritual level. Spiritual things are understood spiritually, and the Holy Spirit is the one who holds the key to unlock those hidden mysteries.
Hoy es el momento de actuar, dice el Señor. Hoy es el momento de decidirse por cumplir con la justicia que no has cumplido hasta aquí. Hoy es el momento de cambiar y de no quedarte estancado donde estás. Esta es la respuesta que me pediste, dice el Señor. Esto es lo que te está faltando.
Today is the time to act, says the Lord. Today is the time to decide to fulfill the righteousness you haven’t fulfilled until now. Today is the time to change and not stay stuck where you are. This is the answer you asked Me for, says the Lord. This is what you’re missing.
Noelia: Muchos de ustedes desean hablar en lenguas, escuchar la voz del Señor y recibir revelación, pero sus ojos no van a ser abiertos hasta que no reciban el poder del Espíritu Santo viviendo en ustedes, porque es el Espíritu Santo el que abre los ojos para recibir revelación.
Noelia: Many of you want to speak in tongues, to hear the Lord’s voice, and to receive revelation, but your eyes won’t be opened until you receive the power of the Holy Spirit living in you, because it’s the Holy Spirit who opens your eyes to receive revelation.
Por eso dice la Biblia en Juan 3:3 que el que no ha nacido de nuevo no puede ver el reino de Dios. Los que no han nacido de nuevo tienen los ojos espirituales cerrados, por más que de vez en cuando puedan tener algún sueño de revelación o recibir alguna gotita.
That’s why the Bible says in John 3:3 that anyone who hasn’t been born again can’t see the kingdom of God. Those who haven’t been born again have their spiritual eyes closed, even if now and then they might have a revelatory dream or receive a little drop.
Si el Señor en su soberanía quiere entregar alguna revelación a alguien que no ha nacido de nuevo, Él lo puede hacer, como lo hizo con Nabucodonosor, que recibía sueños de Dios, o con otros inconversos mencionados en la Biblia.
If the Lord in His sovereignty wants to give some revelation to someone who hasn’t been born again, He can do it, just like He did with Nebuchadnezzar, who received dreams from God, or with other unbelievers mentioned in the Bible.
Dios puede revelar a quien Él quiera, nacido de nuevo o no, pero nunca va a ser semejante. No se puede comparar un foco que está apagado con uno que está encendido, me dice el Señor. No se puede comparar a alguien que tiene los ojos del Espíritu cerrados con alguien que los tiene abiertos.
God can reveal Himself to whoever He wants, born again or not, but it’s never the same. You can’t compare a light bulb that’s off with one that’s on, the Lord tells me. You can’t compare someone whose spiritual eyes are closed with someone whose eyes are open.
Hay cosas en la Biblia que no las van a entender hasta que no reciban el bautismo del Espíritu Santo, porque la Biblia está inspirada por ese mismo Espíritu que les dio las palabras a los hombres que escribieron los libros de la Biblia. Y si el Espíritu Santo es el autor de esas palabras bíblicas, solamente las vas a poder entender e interpretar a través de la revelación que Él concede.
There are things in the Bible you won’t understand until you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, because the Bible is inspired by that same Spirit who gave the words to the men who wrote the books of the Bible. And if the Holy Spirit is the author of those words, you’ll only be able to understand and interpret them through the revelation He gives.
Es un antes y un después, dice el Señor. Golpeen esa puerta para que se les abra.
There is a before and an after, says the Lord. Knock on that door so it will be opened to you.
Noelia: Algunos de ustedes tienen que insistir. Han creído, se han arrepentido, se han dejado bautizar en agua y están en santidad, pero no han insistido para recibir el don del Espíritu Santo, y en parte es porque no han realmente creído que lo pueden recibir. No han creído que Dios se los quiere dar.
Noelia: Some of you need to persist. You’ve believed, you’ve repented, you’ve been baptized in water, and you’re living in holiness, but you haven’t persisted in receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, and partly it’s because you haven’t really believed you can receive it. You haven’t believed that God wants to give it to you.
Eso es un pecado del cual se tienen que arrepentir, porque lo hacen a Dios mentiroso, cuando la Biblia dice que el Señor le dará al Espíritu Santo al que se lo pida.
That’s a sin you need to repent of, because you make God a liar, when the Bible says the Lord will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him.
Ustedes han cumplido con los pasos anteriores, pero no se creen dignos de recibir el don del Espíritu Santo para que viva en ustedes. Tienen que arrepentirse, porque son ustedes mismos los que ponen una piedra de tropiezo entre el Señor y ustedes, llamándolo mentiroso indirectamente.
You’ve taken the previous steps, but you don’t believe you’re worthy to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit living in you. You need to repent, because you’re putting a stumbling block between yourselves and the Lord, calling Him a liar indirectly.
Así que, cuando les vengan a la mente estas mentiras, tienen que proclamar el versículo que dice: «¿Cuánto más el Padre celestial dará el Espíritu Santo a los que se lo pidan?»
So, when these lies come to your mind, you need to declare the verse that says, “How much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
El Señor me revela ahora que han sido quitados los bloqueos en varios de ustedes al entender lo que acabo de decir. Arrepiéntanse y pídanle perdón al Señor, porque no es que Dios les ha cerrado la puerta para no bautizarlos en el Espíritu Santo, sino que ustedes han cerrado la puerta por no creerse dignos de recibirlo.
The Lord now shows me that the blockages have been removed in several of you as you understand what I’ve just said. Repent and ask the Lord for forgiveness, because it’s not that God has closed the door to keep you from being baptized in the Holy Spirit, but that you’ve closed the door by not believing you’re worthy to receive Him.
Arrepiéntanse de hacerme mentiroso, dice el Señor. Arrepiéntanse de creer que ustedes pueden decidir quién puede recibirlo y quién no, porque Yo soy soberano.
Repent of making Me a liar, says the Lord. Repent of believing you can decide who can receive Him and who can’t, because I am sovereign.
Noelia: Ahora veo que Jesús a veces sopla en el espíritu para que una persona reciba el bautismo del Espíritu Santo a través de un viento espiritual, y me viene a la mente la palabra «ruach», que en hebreo significa «viento» o «espíritu». Es el Señor Jesús mismo quien visita a algunos para que reciban el Espíritu Santo.
Noelia: Now I see that sometimes Jesus breathes in the spirit so a person can receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit through a spiritual wind, and the word “ruach” comes to mind, which in Hebrew means “wind” or “spirit.” It’s the Lord Jesus Himself who visits some so they can receive the Holy Spirit.
[John 20:22] And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost.
El Señor aún hoy sigue haciendo esto que dice este pasaje, pero en las inmediaciones espirituales. Él sigue bautizando en el Espíritu Santo a muchos a través de soplar, aunque ustedes no lo pueden ver.
The Lord still does today what this passage describes, but in the spiritual realm. He continues to baptize many in the Holy Spirit through His breath, even though you can’t see it.

Some people have received the Holy Spirit this way, and I’m one of them. When I received the Holy Spirit, I felt a strong, mighty wind come in through my mouth.
Tengan fe, dice el Señor, porque sin fe es imposible agradarme, y la incredulidad puede ser una piedra de tropiezo para que el proceso de nacer de nuevo no se complete. Tienen que creer que pueden nacer de nuevo y que Yo quiero que nazcan de nuevo. Tienen que creer que hay un Espíritu Santo que quiere entrar en todos aquellos que lo anhelen y que limpien su casa para hacerle un lugar.
Have faith, says the Lord, because without faith it’s impossible to please Me, and unbelief can become a stumbling block that keeps you from completing the process of being born again. You have to believe that you can be born again, and that I want you to be born again. You have to believe that there is a Holy Spirit who wants to enter everyone who longs for Him and who cleanses their house to make room for Him.
Tienen que convertirse en una habitación digna e invitarlo a que ingrese, dice el Señor. Llámenlo y ámenlo, para que venga a vivir en ustedes, porque tengo muchas cosas para darles y muchos regalos para otorgarles. Quiero llenar sus manos de piedras preciosas, pero estoy esperando que cumplan con esa justicia que aún tienen pendiente de cumplir.
You have to become a worthy dwelling and invite Him in, says the Lord. Call to Him and love Him, so He can come and live in you, because I have many things to give you and many gifts to grant you. I want to fill your hands with precious stones, but I’m waiting for you to fulfill the righteousness you still need to fulfill.
Si Yo mismo fui obediente para cumplir con todo lo que se me ordenó, dice Jesús, ¿cuánto más ustedes, que son mis hermanos menores? Háganlo y no retarden más el bautismo en agua. Arrepiéntanse de verdad y crean realmente que existo, para que no haya ningún impedimento y pueda visitarlos y soplar en sus bocas para que reciban la vida espiritual y sea un nuevo comienzo para ustedes.
If I Myself was obedient to everything commanded of Me, says Jesus, how much more should you be, you who are My younger brothers? Do it, and don’t put off water baptism any longer. Truly repent and truly believe that I exist, so nothing stands in the way and I may visit you and breathe into your mouths so you may receive spiritual life and have a new beginning.
Estoy dispuesto, dice Jesús, pero demando santidad y obediencia. Demando rectitud, en el sentido de cumplir con los pasos que están escritos para completar ese proceso de ser nacido de nuevo.
I am willing, says Jesus, but I demand holiness and obedience. I demand uprightness, in the sense of fulfilling the steps that are written to complete the process of being born again.
La vieja criatura no les sirve para cumplir con mis propósitos divinos en sus vidas, dice el Señor. No van a poder avanzar siendo los mismos de siempre. Tienen que dejar al viejo hombre atrás para convertirse en una nueva persona y para que Yo les dé un nuevo nombre, que únicamente se recibe cuando uno nace de nuevo.
The old self is useless for fulfilling My divine purposes in your lives, says the Lord. You won’t be able to move forward if you stay the same as always. You have to leave the old self behind and become a new person, so I can give you a new name, which is only received when you are born again.
Hijitos, dice Dios, oren por los que no han nacido de nuevo. Les hablo a los que son míos, los que pueden ver el reino de Dios, los que están autorizados para entrar en el reino de Dios. Intercedan por los que aún no han completado ese proceso.
Little ones, says God, pray for those who haven’t been born again. I’m speaking to those who are Mine, those who can see the kingdom of God, those who are authorized to enter the kingdom of God. Intercede for those who haven’t yet completed this process.
Intercedan para que tomen conciencia de la importancia del arrepentimiento genuino, profundo y total. Intercedan para que los que no han dado el paso de dejarse bautizar en el agua lo hagan, entregándose a mí. Intercedan para que Yo los visite y bautice en el Espíritu Santo a aquellos que aún no hayan recibido este bautismo.
Intercede so they realize the importance of genuine, deep, and total repentance. Intercede so those who haven’t taken the step of being baptized in water will do so, surrendering themselves to Me. Intercede so I may visit them and baptize in the Holy Spirit those who haven’t yet received this baptism.
Oren por ellos, dice el Señor, porque dentro de los que se dicen ser congregación de los santos hay algunos que están encendidos y otros apagados. Oren para que las lámparas oscuras comiencen a brillar. Oren para que los que aún están en oscuridad reciban la luz. Oren para que los que aún le pertenecen al mundo pasen a pertenecerme a mí.
Pray for them, says the Lord, because among those who claim to be the congregation of the saints, some are on fire and others are extinguished. Pray that the dark lamps will begin to shine. Pray that those still in darkness will receive the light. Pray that those who still belong to the world will come to belong to Me.
Es un antes y un después, dice el Señor, y ustedes tienen que interceder para que muchos más nazcan de nuevo y me experimenten de verdad, porque solo se me puede conocer realmente y profundamente cuando los ojos espirituales se han abierto a través del nuevo nacimiento.
There is a before and an after, says the Lord, and you must intercede so that many more may be born again and truly encounter Me, because you can only truly and deeply know Me once your spiritual eyes have been opened through that new birth.
Noelia: Otra de las cosas que el nacer de nuevo facilita es poder ver al Señor como es y recibir la revelación de quién es Él por el Espíritu Santo, que viene de Él.
Noelia: Another thing that being born again makes possible is seeing the Lord as He is and receiving the revelation of who He is through the Holy Spirit, who comes from Him.
Es a través del Espíritu Santo que se les puede ser revelado realmente quién soy Yo, dice el Señor, y hasta que no lo reciban, se chocarán y se toparán contra una pared. Encontrarán un límite, una barrera, una puerta cerrada, la cual no se les podrá abrir, por más que golpeen, pateen y clamen.
It’s through the Holy Spirit that it can truly be revealed to you who I am, says the Lord, and until you receive Him, you’ll hit a wall. You’ll run into a limit, a barrier, a closed door that can’t be opened to you, no matter how much you knock, kick, or cry out.
Tienen que nacer de nuevo para ver realmente quién soy Yo, dice el Señor. Tienen que nacer de nuevo para entender las cosas espirituales de verdad. Tienen que nacer de nuevo para caminar en el poder que necesitan para destruir las obras de las tinieblas, porque el diablo también tiene poder.
You have to be born again to truly see who I am, says the Lord. You have to be born again to truly understand spiritual things. You have to be born again to walk in the power you need to destroy the works of darkness, because the devil also has power.
Ustedes necesitan el poder que otorga el bautismo del Espíritu Santo para derribar las obras del enemigo, porque el poder espiritual se enfrenta con más poder espiritual, y el único que puede llenarlos y concederles el poder que necesitan para destruir las obras de las tinieblas es el Espíritu Santo habitando en ustedes.
You need the power that comes from the baptism of the Holy Spirit to tear down the works of the enemy, because spiritual power must be met with greater spiritual power. The only one who can fill you and give you the power you need to destroy the works of darkness is the Holy Spirit living inside you.
Si ustedes reciben el bautismo del Espíritu Santo y completan el proceso de nacer de nuevo, dice el Señor, se convertirán en un arma poderosa y peligrosa. El enemigo no le teme a aquel que no ha nacido de nuevo, pero el que ha nacido de nuevo se transforma en una amenaza para su reino.
If you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and complete the process of being born again, says the Lord, you will become a powerful and dangerous weapon. The enemy isn’t afraid of someone who hasn’t been born again, but the one who has been born again becomes a threat to his kingdom.
El diablo sabe que si esa persona permanece en mí, camina en santidad y se mantiene llena de ese poder y de su manifestación, nada podrá frenarla. Entiendan la importancia de esto, dice el Señor.
The devil knows that if that person remains in Me, walks in holiness, and stays filled with that power and its manifestation, nothing will be able to stop them. Understand the importance of this, says the Lord.
Noelia: El Espíritu vuelve a repetir que es un antes y un después. Cuando naces de nuevo, la vieja persona queda literalmente atrás y todo cambia para bien y se acomoda a los propósitos de Dios para tu vida. Te vas a poder mirar en el espejo y entender quién eres en Dios, y realmente vas a sentirte pleno cuando esa preciosa nube se mueva en ti.
Noelia: The Spirit keeps repeating that there is a before and an after. When you are born again, the old person is truly left behind, and everything changes for the better and aligns with God’s purposes for your life. You’ll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and understand who you are in God, and you’ll finally feel fulfilled when that precious cloud moves within you.
[2 Corinthians 5:17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Ahora veo una persona que profetiza. Es el mismo Espíritu Santo que habla a través de esta persona.
Now I see someone prophesying. It’s the same Holy Spirit speaking through this person.
Esto significa que muchos de ustedes anhelan profetizar, escuchar la voz de Dios y hablar palabras del cielo, hablar de parte de Dios, en el nombre de Dios. Pero no lo van a poder experimentar hasta que no nazcan de nuevo, porque es el Espíritu Santo el que otorga los dones espirituales y el que manifiesta el poder de Dios a través de los dones.
This means that many of you long to prophesy, to hear God’s voice and speak words from heaven, to speak on God’s behalf, in God’s name. But you won’t be able to experience this until you are born again, because it’s the Holy Spirit who gives spiritual gifts and shows God’s power through those gifts.
Dios quiere traer un renuevo en tu vida. Dios quiere que puedas respirar un aroma mentolado. Dios quiere refrescarte. Dios quiere darte un nuevo comienzo. Dios quiere llevarte a tierras impensadas, simbólicamente hablando. Dios quiere revelarte cosas que ojo no vio, ni oído oyó, ni han subido en el corazón de hombre. Dios quiere darte llaves para abrir misterios celestiales. Dios quiere darte más revelación y entendimiento de las Escrituras.
God wants to bring renewal to your life. God wants you to be able to breathe in a menthol aroma. God wants to refresh you. God wants to give you a new beginning. God wants to take you to unimaginable places, symbolically speaking. God wants to reveal things to you that eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man. God wants to give you keys to unlock heavenly mysteries. God wants to give you more revelation and understanding of the Scriptures.
Dios quiere que seas uno de ellos —esto escucho—, uno de los que habitan en su presencia, uno de los que tienen ingreso en el templo celestial de Dios, en el Lugar Santísimo. Dios quiere que se te abra la puerta para entrar en su Reino.
God wants you to be one of them—this is what I hear—one of those who dwell in His presence, one of those who have access to God’s heavenly temple, in the Holy of Holies. God wants the door to be opened for you to enter His Kingdom.
Dios quiere que veas lo que ahora no puedes ver y que experimentes lo espiritual en un nivel mayor. Dios quiere que ya no estés aburrido, cansado y a punto de renunciar a la fe de Jesucristo. Dios quiere que salgas de la rutina en la que estás y de la sequedad espiritual. Dios quiere calmar tu sed. Dios quiere que te sientas vivo y ya no más muerto o apagado.
God wants you to see what you can’t see now and to experience the spiritual at a higher level. God wants you to no longer be bored, tired, or on the verge of giving up the faith of Jesus Christ. God wants you to break out of your routine and out of spiritual dryness. God wants to quench your thirst. God wants you to feel alive, no longer dead or extinguished.
Pero hay un paso que tienes que dar, y cada uno de ustedes sabe cuál es el paso que le está faltando.
But there’s a step you need to take, and each of you knows exactly which step you’re missing.
Recuerden que Jesús comenzó su ministerio únicamente después de que se dejó bautizar en agua y recibió el bautismo del Espíritu Santo, y después de que se fue a ayunar 40 días al desierto y volvió lleno del Espíritu Santo. Remember that Jesus began His ministry only after He allowed Himself to be baptized in water and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and after He went to fast for 40 days in the desert and returned full of the Holy Spirit. His ministry began after being tested in the desert, but Jesus was already filled with the power of the Holy Spirit to resist those temptations.
[Luke 4:14] And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
Por eso es que aún no te he llamado, dice el Señor. Por eso es que todavía no hay un ministerio preparado para ti, porque para cumplir con un ministerio es necesario estar lleno del Espíritu de Dios. Es necesario haber renacido, haber cambiado, haberse entregado para ser bautizado.
That’s why I haven’t called you yet, says the Lord. That’s why there still isn’t a ministry prepared for you, because to fulfill a ministry, you need to be filled with the Spirit of God. You need to be born again, to be changed, to have surrendered in order to be baptized.
Noelia: Algunos de ustedes estaban pidiendo un ministerio, diciéndole al Señor que los llame y que los use, diciendo: «Heme aquí», pero ni siquiera son ciudadanos del reino de los cielos. No tienen el carnet para ingresar, me dice el Señor. No están autorizados para trabajar allí, porque todavía no pertenecen a esa empresa.
Noelia: Some of you have been asking for a ministry, telling the Lord to call you and use you, saying, “Here I am,” but you’re not even citizens of the kingdom of heaven yet. You don’t have the card to enter, the Lord tells me. You’re not authorized to work there, because you don’t belong to that company yet.
Primero tienen que pasar por el bautismo del agua y recibir el Espíritu Santo. Tienen que nacer de nuevo para que se les abra la puerta de esa empresa y se les dé una oficina celestial para trabajar ahí. El Señor me dice que tienen que hacer los papeles para ser ciudadanos del reino de los cielos.
First, you have to go through water baptism and receive the Holy Spirit. You need to be born again so the door of that company will open to you and you’ll be given a heavenly office to work there. The Lord tells me that you need to do the paperwork to become citizens of the kingdom of heaven.
Muchos de ustedes no han entendido eso, pero a través de esta palabra profética lo van a entender.
Many of you haven’t understood this, but through this prophetic word, you will understand.
Cumplan con la justicia que tienen que cumplir, dice el Señor, y Yo voy a cumplir con la justicia que tengo que cumplir.
Fulfill the righteousness you need to fulfill, says the Lord, and I will fulfill the righteousness I need to fulfill.
Noelia: El Señor me hace saber que algunos de ustedes oran, pero como no están nacidos de nuevo, sus oraciones llegan solo hasta un punto. Siempre oran lo mismo, porque no tienen el Espíritu Santo viviendo adentro de ustedes para que los inspire y para que sepan cómo orar. Les falta inspiración por el Espíritu Santo de Dios.
Noelia: The Lord shows me that some of you pray, but since you haven’t been born again, your prayers only go so far. You always pray the same thing, because you don’t have the Holy Spirit living inside you to inspire you and show you how to pray. You lack the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God.
Hay tantas cosas que pueden cambiar cuando uno realmente nace de nuevo. Tomen conciencia de eso, dice el Señor. Todo aquel que no sabe o entiende cuál es el problema por el cual no ha recibido el Espíritu Santo y no ha nacido de nuevo, aunque ya ha completado los pasos anteriores, vaya al cuarto secreto y clame para que Yo se los revele.
So many things can change when someone is truly born again. Be aware of this, says the Lord. Anyone who doesn’t know or understand what’s keeping them from receiving the Holy Spirit and being born again, even if they’ve already taken the previous steps, should go into the secret place and cry out for Me to reveal it to them.
Noelia: Dios inclusive concede sueños donde les está mostrando cuál es el problema, por qué no se han convertido en ciudadanos del reino de los cielos todavía.
Noelia: God even gives dreams where He shows you what the problem is, why you still haven’t become citizens of the kingdom of heaven.
Muchos de ustedes no saben cuál es el problema, por más que ya han hecho lo que la Biblia dice que hay que hacer, o piensan que lo han hecho. Pero hay cosas inconscientes que Dios les puede revelar a través de un sueño, de una palabra profética, de una visión o de un mensaje a través de un hermano, para que ustedes arreglen ese problema y estén aptos para recibir el bautismo del Espíritu Santo.
Many of you don’t know what the problem is, even though you’ve done what the Bible says needs to be done, or you think you have. But there are things you’re unaware of, and God can reveal them to you through a dream, a prophetic word, a vision, or a message through a brother, so you can address that problem and be ready to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Ahora quiero orar para que el Señor bautice a cada uno de ustedes en el Espíritu Santo. Y me viene a la mente este pasaje:
Now I want to pray for the Lord to baptize each one of you in the Holy Spirit. And this passage comes to mind:
[Acts 19:1-6] And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, he said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John’s baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
Así como Pablo intervino para que reciban el Espíritu Santo, yo oro para que tus discípulos reciban el Espíritu Santo en este momento, Señor. Señor, bautiza en el Espíritu Santo a todo aquel que tiene fe y se ha arrepentido de sus pecados.
Just as Paul intervened so they would receive the Holy Spirit, I pray that Your disciples may receive the Holy Spirit right now, Lord. Lord, baptize in the Holy Spirit everyone who has faith and has repented of their sins.
Recuerden que el Espíritu Santo se puede recibir antes o después del bautismo del agua, dice el Señor. Cornelio y su casa son un ejemplo de los que han recibido el Espíritu Santo antes de dejarse bautizar en el agua.
Remember, the Holy Spirit can be received before or after water baptism, says the Lord. Cornelius and his household are an example of those who received the Holy Spirit before being baptized in water.
Noelia: Señor Jesús, en este momento bautiza con el Espíritu Santo a todo aquel que aún le falta este paso. Llena estos vasos con el agua del Espíritu, Señor. Llena estos templos con el viento de tu Espíritu, para que sea un antes y un después, Señor, para que se complete el proceso de convertirse en ciudadanos del reino de los cielos, para poder ver el reino de los cielos y entrar en él.
Noelia: Lord Jesus, right now baptize with the Holy Spirit everyone who is still missing this step. Fill these vessels with the water of the Spirit, Lord. Fill these temples with the wind of Your Spirit, so there is a before and an after, Lord, so the process of becoming citizens of the kingdom of heaven is completed, so they may see the kingdom of heaven and enter it.
Señor, te pido que unjas por el Espíritu Santo a todo aquel que hayas preparado para ser ungido a través de esta oración y hacer tu obra, cualquiera sea. Úngelos, Señor, para que sean verdaderos cristianos.
Lord, I ask You to anoint with the Holy Spirit everyone You’ve prepared to be anointed through this prayer and to do Your work, whatever it may be. Anoint them, Lord, so they may be true Christians.
Cuando uno recibe el bautismo del Espíritu Santo, no solamente recibe el Espíritu Santo para vivir en su templo, sino que recibe una unción inicial, por lo cual se convierte en un ungido de Dios, al igual que Cristo Jesús, que significa «Jesús el ungido».
When someone receives the baptism of the Holy Spirit, they not only receive the Holy Spirit to live in their temple, but also receive an initial anointing, by which they become an anointed one of God, just like Christ Jesus, which means “Jesus the Anointed One.”
Noelia: Veo que varios de ustedes reciben ahora el Espíritu Santo y una unción junto con ese bautismo. Reciben la inmersión del Espíritu Santo y también un aceite en el espíritu, que cae desde sus cabezas hasta sus pies. Se convierten en verdaderos cristianos y no solo en creyentes.
Noelia: I see several of you now receiving the Holy Spirit and an anointing along with that baptism. You are receiving the immersion in the Holy Spirit and also an oil in the spirit, flowing from your head to your feet. You are becoming true Christians, not just believers.
