On this occasion, the Lord desires to clarify some things for His people regarding this passage:
[1 Corinthians 12:27-30] Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

Many of you are asking arms to work as if they were legs, eyes to speak as if they were mouths, noses to do the work of the tongue, says the Lord, and you don’t understand that you won’t find what you seek if the member you turn to does not have the ability to give you what you need.
Hay muchos de ustedes que les piden a los pastores que funcionen como profetas, cuando solo son pastores y no profetas, dice el Señor, y algunos de ustedes les piden a los evangelistas que los pastoreen, cuando no los he llamado a pastorear. Many of you ask pastors to function as prophets, when they are only pastors and not prophets, says the Lord, and some of you ask evangelists to shepherd you, when I have not called them to shepherd. You need to discern which pillar you must hold on to, says the Lord, and cling to those posts I have placed in My temple, which is My house.

Little ones, says the Lord, this is how you must act. What you need, you must desire it and seek it by land, sea, and sky until you find it. But many of you are not like this. Some sit with their arms crossed, waiting for these things to appear magically, while others go to sleep with the illusion that when they wake up, these things will appear out of nowhere.

The kingdom of heaven does not work that way, says the Lord. Even though heavenly things are given by grace, I expect you to be like that person who desperately seeks the treasure and does not remain comfortably in one place, without moving.
[Matthew 13:44] Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
No sean cómodos, dice el Señor. Many times, not only do you refuse to do anything to seek what you need, but you won’t even open your eyes to see what it is you truly need.
Hijitos, sean diligentes, dice el Señor, porque si bien es cierto que hay muchísima necesidad en mi templo, si bien es cierto que mi casa está llena de personas con necesidades de todo tipo, también es cierto que ustedes son como clientes que no quieren pagar por los productos que se venden en las tiendas.
Little ones, be diligent, says the Lord, for even though it’s true there is much need in My temple, even though My house is full of people with all kinds of needs, it is also true that you are like customers who don’t want to pay for the products sold in the store.
Ustedes son como pacientes que, cuando van al médico, no participan en el tratamiento que el médico les receta, dice el Señor, y después le echan la culpa al médico porque siguen enfermos. Sin embargo, la culpa es de ustedes por ser negligentes y por no respetar ni obedecer lo que el médico les dice que tienen que hacer para encontrar sanidad y salir del estado de enfermedad en el que están.
You are like patients who, when they visit the doctor, do not follow the treatment he prescribes, says the Lord, and then blame the doctor for still being sick. But the fault is yours for being negligent and for not obeying what the doctor tells you to do in order to be healed and delivered from your sickness.
Así como se manejan con sus doctores físicos, se manejan conmigo, dice el Señor. Así como son con sus abogados, también son conmigo.
The way you treat your earthly doctors, you treat Me, says the Lord. The way you are with your lawyers, you are with Me as well.
Cuando tienen un problema legal, van y consultan al abogado sobre qué hacer. Sin embargo, cuando el abogado les explica el procedimiento y les pasa el honorario, ustedes dicen: «No, no, no, es muy caro. When you have a legal problem, you go and ask a lawyer what to do. But when the lawyer explains the process and tells you the fee, you say, “No, no, no, that’s too expensive. I can’t do that paperwork,” or you say, “No, no, no, that’s too complicated and takes too long. I’d rather not do it. I’d rather take the hit than go through this process.” Others say, “I don’t want to wait,” “I’m not ready to face this lawsuit,” or “I don’t want trouble.”
Ustedes usan distintas razones y excusas, dice el Señor, y muchas veces esas excusas no tienen fundamento. Después, cuando llega más sufrimiento, parte de la responsabilidad es suya.
You come up with all kinds of reasons and excuses, says the Lord, and many times those excuses have no real foundation. Then, when more suffering comes, part of the responsibility is yours.
Así como se manejan con sus abogados, se manejan conmigo. Así como son con sus esposos, así me tratan a mí, dice el Señor. Así como tratan a sus prójimos, así es la relación que mantienen con su Creador. Como son abajo, también son arriba.
The way you deal with your lawyers is the way you deal with Me. The way you are with your husbands, that’s how you treat Me, says the Lord. The way you treat your neighbors, that’s the relationship you have with your Creator. As you are here below, so you are above.
Tienen que entender que si no saben ser fieles con lo que pueden ver, con las situaciones de su vida cotidiana, con lo poco que tienen en esta tierra, dice el Señor, ¿cuánto menos lo van a hacer con las cosas celestiales? You need to understand that if you don’t know how to be faithful with what you can see, with the situations of daily life, with the little you have on this earth, says the Lord, how much less will you be faithful with heavenly things? The way you act with what is close to you is the way you act with what is far away. The way you show yourself in your daily walk is the way you are with spiritual things. You are irresponsible.

This is a call to rise up and seek what you need, says the Lord, but you must look for it where you know you can find it. A person may have just one of these five ministries, or two, or three, or four, or even all five, as the Lord Jesus had.

You need to understand and discern what a person’s calling is, says the Lord, because it can happen that a pastor says he is a prophet and he is not, or a prophet says he is a pastor and he is not. Don’t look at what someone claims to be, but at their testimony and the fruit they bear, because the Bible says you will know them by their fruit.
Hay árboles que son manzanos y que intentan ser naranjos, y por más que intenten dar naranjas, no van a poder, porque han sido creados como manzanos y no como naranjos.
There are trees that are apple trees and try to be orange trees, and no matter how hard they try to produce oranges, they will never be able to, because they were created as apple trees, not orange trees.
Eso es lo que ustedes tienen que evaluar: pesando en la balanza de la Palabra los frutos que la persona lleva y observando si se mueve en la unción o en la carne, si fluye en el camino o hace fuerza para ser algo que no es.
That’s what you need to evaluate: weighing on the scale of the Word the fruit a person bears, and watching if they move in the anointing or in the flesh, if they flow in the way or are forcing themselves to be something they are not.
Muchos dentro de mi casa se ponen títulos que no les he dado, dice el Señor, pero este no es el único problema en estos días. Un problema también es cuando las ovejas buscan absolutamente todo en una sola fuente, y como esa fuente no está plantada para dar el agua que ustedes necesitan, entonces hay conflictos.
Many in My house take for themselves titles I haven’t given them, says the Lord, but that’s not the only problem these days. A problem is also when the sheep try to find everything in a single source, and since that source is not planted to give the water you need, then there are conflicts.
Hijitos, dice el Señor, tienen que buscar para satisfacer las necesidades de las cosas que les faltan en el resto de las columnas de mi casa. Little ones, says the Lord, you need to look to the other pillars of My house to meet the needs you have. If you have someone as the shepherd of your life and that person is not a prophet or a teacher, then you need to seek out other pillars who are prophets or teachers, because only the one called to be a teacher of the Word has true authority to teach the Word by the Holy Spirit and under the anointing I have given.

There are pastors who have the gift of teaching, but they are not teachers of the Word, says the Lord, and there are pastors who can prophesy, who have the gift of prophecy, but they are not prophets. There are prophets with much revelation, some even performing miracles and healings, but they are not called to evangelize as an evangelist does, because the evangelist has a special anointing for that task.

You are confused, says the Lord, and you don’t understand that having one of the five ministries is one thing, and another thing is having the gifts that the Holy Spirit gives to those with ministries or not, as He chooses. Every sheep must know where to find the food it needs.
Ustedes no van a consultar a un odontólogo si tienen problemas de la sangre, ni a un oftalmólogo si tienen problemas de los pulmones, dice el Señor. No van a comprar huevos en una verdulería, ni medicamentos en una ferretería. Y si bien hay supermercados más completos y otros más limitados, esto no significa que unos estén bien y otros mal, sino que cada uno tiene distintas capacidades y limitaciones.
You don’t go to the dentist if you have a blood disorder, or to the eye doctor if you have a lung problem, says the Lord. You don’t buy eggs at a produce shop, or medicine at a hardware store. And even though some supermarkets are more complete and others are more limited, that doesn’t mean some are good and others bad; it simply means each one has different strengths and limitations.

Sometimes you’re asking for pears from an elm tree, not realizing you’re pressuring certain ministers to give you bread they cannot bake.
[James 3:12] Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

Noelia: When the Lord speaks of supermarkets, He’s referring to congregations. There are congregations that offer more services to the saints, and others that don’t all five pillars established, that have fewer ministries than others.
Muchos de ustedes tienen que entender que están presionando a los ministros para que hagan cosas que ellos no pueden hacer, para que respondan consultas para las que no han sido llamados, para que caminen en zapatos que no les he dado, dice Dios. Y cuando no responden porque no tienen las herramientas, ustedes se enojan y no entienden que el pastor no está puesto en la iglesia para ser todo en uno; porque, si fuera así, ¿qué necesidad habría del resto de los miembros del cuerpo?
Many of you need to understand that you’re pressuring ministers to do things they cannot do, to answer questions they haven’t been called to answer, to walk in shoes I have not given them, says God. And when they don’t respond because they lack the tools, you get angry and fail to see that the pastor is not placed in the church to be everything in one; for if that were so, what need would there be for the other members of the body?
[1 Corinthians 12:20-21] But now are they many members, yet but one body. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.

What’s happening today—where the pastor is treated as if he were the head of the church—is partly the congregation’s fault, for they demand that he fulfill all the roles at the same time.

El Señor dice que, si tienen una necesidad profética y en su congregación no hay profeta, deben buscar en otro lugar la solución a esa necesidad que solo un profeta puede cubrir. Con esto, el Señor no dice que tienen que cambiarse de congregación, porque todos los ministros son miembros del mismo cuerpo de Cristo.
The Lord says that if you have a prophetic need and there is no prophet in your congregation, seek elsewhere for the answer to that need which only a prophet can meet. With this, the Lord is not saying you must change churches, because all ministers are members of the same body of Christ.
Dejen de exigirles a los míos que sean algo que no son, dice el Señor, y también dejen de intentar ser ustedes algo para lo que Yo no los he llamado. Stop demanding of My servants to be what they are not, says the Lord, and stop trying to be what I have not called you to be. Learn what the functions of each of the ministries described in Scripture are, for not all are apostles, not all are prophets, not all have an evangelistic ministry, and not all are pastors or teachers.

The Lord has called me to be a prophetic voice to the nations. He has called me to speak on His behalf to nations, to groups, and to individuals, and one of my tasks is to instruct the people so they may learn and practice how to discern God’s voice and how to understand the ways He speaks.
Mi ministerio es un ministerio profético. Acá no van a encontrar pastos pastorales o enseñanzas de la Palabra, porque el Señor no me dio autoridad para hacer esto. Acá sí van a encontrar enseñanzas proféticas, pero cuando enseño es porque eso es lo que el Espíritu Santo me está diciendo proféticamente que tengo que decir. Pero acá no van a encontrar una maestra, una pastora o una evangelista. Y si bien el Señor me envía con tareas apostólicas, no van a encontrar una persona que tiene la autoridad ni la unción de un apóstol.
My ministry is a prophetic ministry. Here you won’t find pastoral food or teachings of the Word, because the Lord hasn’t given me authority for that. Here you will sometimes find prophetic teachings, but when I teach, it’s because the Holy Spirit is prophetically telling me what to speak. But you won’t find a teacher, a pastor, or an evangelist here. And even though the Lord does send me on apostolic assignments, you won’t find someone with the authority or the anointing of an apostle.

I am a mouthpiece of God, and you need to understand that this is what you will find here: prophetic messages, things the Lord wants to speak to His people, and prophetic teachings, where the Lord is the One teaching through me and I simply repeat what He tells me.

You need to understand that the pastures you will find in this field are prophetic pastures. It’s the spirit of prophecy you will discern moving through this ministry. So don’t come here looking for answers from a teacher, a pastor, or an evangelist. Here, you will find the voice of God. Here, you will find the Lord’s answers when He chooses to give them.
Ustedes no van a un contador para preguntarle algo que le tienen que consultar a un abogado, o al abogado a pedirle que lleve la contaduría de sus negocios o de sus casas, dice el Señor. Así también es adentro del cuerpo de Cristo. Si ustedes necesitan liberación, por ejemplo, tienen que discernir quiénes son los que tienen una unción especial para liberación, y no preguntarle a cualquier hermano que ore por ustedes.
You don’t go to an accountant to ask something you should ask a lawyer, or to a lawyer to have them do the accounting for your business or your home, says the Lord. It’s the same within the body of Christ. If you need deliverance, for example, you need to discern who has a special anointing for deliverance, and not just ask any brother to pray for you.
Disciernan, hijitos, dice el Señor, porque si van a golpear una puerta que está cerrada, simplemente no se va a abrir, y ustedes van a pensar que soy Yo el que no quiere abrirles. Discern, little ones, says the Lord, for if you go knocking on a door that is closed, it simply won’t open, and you’ll think I’m the One refusing to open the door. But you don’t understand that many times you are knocking on doors you shouldn’t be knocking on. Discern well, and seek what you need to eat where it is offered.

Noelia: This is a metaphor. If you want to buy meat, you go to a butcher shop. If you want to buy clothes, you go to a clothing store. But you could also find clothes in a supermarket or a general store.

This metaphor means there are churches where people have the gift of prophecy, but not the ministry of a prophet. You might find a place where there’s a bit of everything, but it will never be the same as going to someone who is truly specialized in a specific area.

Many of you are asking in your hearts, “So, how do I know who I should ask?” It’s not just by the fruit, as the Lord has said before. You have the Holy Spirit and can ask the Lord who you should consult or where you should go to have your needs met.
Cuidado, dice el Señor, porque muchos de ustedes se hacen llamar algo que no son y están haciendo fuerza humana para operar en un ministerio que no tienen, para fluir bajo un aceite que Yo nunca derramé sobre sus cabezas, y ahí pueden errar muy grueso. Cuidado, dice el Señor.
Be careful, says the Lord, because many of you call yourselves something you are not, and are using human effort to operate in a ministry you don’t have, to flow under an oil I never poured on your heads, and there you can make a very serious mistake. Be careful, says the Lord.
Noelia: Al principio de mi ministerio, cuando todavía estaba conociendo quién era y no entendía bien cuál era mi función dentro del cuerpo de Cristo, pensaba que tenía que enseñar lo que a mí me parecía, además de profetizar, y el Señor me corrigió varias veces, hasta que entendí que mi función era hablar de parte de Dios.
Noelia: At the beginning of my ministry, when I was still discovering who I was and didn’t really understand my place in the body of Christ, I thought I had to teach whatever seemed right to me, in addition to prophesying, and the Lord corrected me several times, until I understood that my role was to speak on behalf of God.
Aún hoy me vienen ideas de vez en cuando, y cuando voy a orar en mi cuarto secreto, Dios Padre me dice: «Te he llamado para ser mi boca. Quiero que hables de mi parte. Quiero que seas mi boca profética. Quiero que digas lo que Yo quiero decir. Si sigues caminando bajo la unción que te he dado, vas a contar con mi protección, vas a dar testimonio de esa unción y se van a ver los frutos de caminar bajo esa unción.
Even now, ideas still come to me from time to time, and when I go to pray in my secret place, God the Father says to me, “I have called you to be My mouth. I want you to speak on My behalf. I want you to be My prophetic mouth. I want you to say what I want to say. If you keep walking under the anointing I have given you, you will have My protection, you will bear witness to that anointing, and the fruits of walking under that anointing will be seen.
»Pero si te apartas de ese camino y vas por la carne y no por el Espíritu, haciendo lo que te parece, aunque a veces puedas hacerlo bien y sin equivocarte, no vas a cumplir con lo que te he llamado a hacer. “But if you turn from that path and walk by the flesh and not by the Spirit, doing what seems right to you—even if at times you may do it well and without mistakes—you won’t fulfill what I have called you to do. You will be wandering, and there will be no guarantee of My protection, for you will be going in your own strength and not by My Spirit.”
Es muy importante que mantengas tu intimidad, tu oración y tu conexión con el Espíritu Santo, preguntando una y otra vez: «Señor, ¿qué quieres que haga hoy? Señor, ¿a qué me estás enviando, si es que me estás enviando a algo? ¿Qué tengo que hacer?», y no salir por tu cuenta.
It is very important that you keep your intimacy, your prayer, and your connection with the Holy Spirit, asking again and again, “Lord, what do You want me to do today? Lord, what are You sending me to do, if You are sending me to something? What must I do?,” and not go out on your own.
Ahora veo muchas mujeres enseñando la Palabra cuando Dios nunca las llamó a hacerlo. También veo personas que creen que, porque el Señor las puso en cierto ministerio, pueden cubrir todas las necesidades del pueblo. Pero esto puede traer consecuencias trágicas para la vida de esas personas, de sus familias y de aquellos a quienes están ministrando.
Now I see many women teaching the Word when God never called them to do so. I also see people who think that just because the Lord placed them in a certain ministry, they can meet all the needs of the people. But this can bring tragic consequences for those people, their families, and those they minister to.
Hay muchos evangelistas a los que Dios ha llamado para abrir sus bocas y compartir las buenas nuevas del Evangelio, para hablar de Jesús y que muchas almas se conviertan. Pero a veces no les alcanza. Piensan que no valen y empiezan a querer pastorear a esas personas o a estudiar la Palabra para enseñarla.
There are many evangelists God has called to open their mouths and share the good news of the Gospel, to speak of Jesus so that many souls may be saved. But sometimes that’s not enough for them. They think they’re not worth much and begin to desire to pastor those people or to study the Word in order to teach it.
No digo que un evangelista no pueda usar la Palabra para evangelizar, sino que muchos intentan caminar en zapatos que Dios no les ha dado y terminan equivocándose, desviándose y perdiendo tiempo, y muchas almas no reciben las semillas que ellos tendrían que estar sembrando.
I’m not saying an evangelist can’t use the Word to evangelize, but many try to walk in shoes God hasn’t given them. They end up making mistakes, going astray, wasting time, and many souls miss out on the seeds they should be sowing.
Pregúntale al Señor, pregúntale al Espíritu Santo y mantente en la línea segura. Cumple tu ministerio, como Pablo le dijo a Timoteo. No trates de cumplir el ministerio de otro, ni exijas a alguien que cumpla un ministerio para el que el Señor no lo ha llamado.
Ask the Lord, ask the Holy Spirit, and stay on the safe path. Fulfill your ministry, as Paul told Timothy. Don’t try to fulfill someone else’s ministry, and don’t require someone to take up a ministry the Lord hasn’t called them to.
Así como en un hospital hay diferentes especialidades médicas, lo mismo sucede en la iglesia. Si no le vas a exigir a un especialista en huesos que te sane la garganta, ¿por qué exigirle a tu pastor que te dé una palabra que Dios no le ha dado? ¿Por qué pedirle a alguien que Dios no constituyó como maestro que te enseñe ese pasaje de la Biblia si no tiene las llaves para abrir ese candado?
Just as there are different medical specialties in a hospital, so it is in the church. If you wouldn’t ask a bone specialist to heal your throat, why ask your pastor to give you a word God hasn’t given him? Why ask someone God hasn’t appointed as a teacher to explain a Bible passage to you if he doesn’t have the keys to open that lock?
No presiones a quien no tiene con qué darte lo que necesitas, no le exijas a alguien que sea algo que no es, y no trates de ocupar los puestos para los que el gerente no te ha empleado, dice el Señor.
Don’t pressure someone who doesn’t have what you need, don’t demand that someone be something they’re not, and don’t try to take positions the Master hasn’t appointed you to, says the Lord.

El Señor me muestra que algunos de ustedes sueñan que se ponen ropa demasiado grande, o zapatos que no son de su talla. A veces eso significa que están tratando de caminar en algo donde Dios no los ha llamado, o que quieren usar una vestidura espiritual que nunca se les concedió.
The Lord shows me that some of you dream you’re wearing clothes that are too big, or shoes that don’t fit. Sometimes this means you’re trying to walk in something where God hasn’t called you, or you want to wear a spiritual garment that was never given to you.

Many of you ask in your hearts: “And what am I? What is my function? What role should I have?” The answer is that first you must build yourselves up, learn spiritual things, feed on the Word, grow, mature, and prepare, so that God can call you to do something.

But many are just waiting for a call from their leaders, says the Lord, waiting for them to place you in some role within the congregation, instead of waiting for My call first, and then the call of your leaders.

No one is placed on a podium unless I am the One who put them there, says the Lord, and you need to discern when someone is preaching without authority, without power, and without anointing, and not feed that fictitious ministry invented by men.

Be faithful to Me, says the Lord, not to your own desires, nor to others. Ask Me where you can find the food you need. Be wise, be prudent, and get moving to find what you need. Stop demanding that My ministers feed you what you think you need. Stop insisting they do more than they are able.
Muchos de ustedes son exigentes con estos ministros y piensan que porque tienen una profesión espiritual, ustedes tienen el derecho de exigirles que les den una respuesta lo antes posible, en el momento que ustedes consideran que tiene que ser, de la manera que ustedes piensan que tiene que ser, y que dure el tiempo que a ustedes les parezca, dice el Señor.
Many of you are demanding with these ministers and think that because they have a spiritual office, you have the right to demand that they give you an answer as soon as you want, in the way you want, and for as long as you want, says the Lord.
Pero el que tiene la unción para enseñar sabe cuándo tiene que enseñar, cuánto tiene que enseñar y a quién tiene que enseñar. But the one who has the anointing to teach knows when to teach, how much to teach, and whom to teach. And the one who has the anointing to prophesy and is called to prophesy has the clarity to know whom to prophesy to, when to prophesy, how to prophesy, and how far to prophesy.
Muchos de ustedes están enojados porque han consultado a un profeta y el profeta quizás les ha dicho que no hay palabra del Señor, o porque el profeta ha respondido a algunas personas, pero no a ustedes, dice el Señor. Están enojados porque la respuesta del ministro al cual han consultado ha sido corta, porque sus pastores no les han dado una cita, porque los maestros no les han enseñado lo que ustedes querían saber, y no siempre es por negligencia de los ministros, sino porque el ministro ha discernido que esa era la voluntad de Dios.
Many of you are angry because you have consulted a prophet, and the prophet may have told you there is no word from the Lord, or because the prophet has answered others but not you, says the Lord. You are angry because the minister you consulted gave you a brief answer, because your pastors didn’t give you an appointment, because the teachers did not teach you what you wanted to know, and it’s not always due to negligence on the part of the ministers, but because the minister has discerned that this was My will.
Otras veces es porque ustedes no me han preguntado a mí y han ido solos, sin mi consejo, dice Dios. Hay cosas que Yo les quiero proveer directamente de mi mano y no a través de ellos, pero ustedes se han vuelto dependientes de los hombres y no de mí.
Other times, it’s because you have not asked Me and have gone your own way, without My counsel, says God. There are things I want to give you directly from My hand and not through them, but you have become dependent on men instead of Me.
Hay liberación que van a recibir directamente por mi Santo Espíritu, dice el Señor, sin la intervención de ningún hombre. Hay sanidad que van a recibir directamente de mi fuente y no a través de ellos. Hay respuestas que están esperando y que no necesitan buscar de nadie más, sino de mí.
There is deliverance you will receive directly from My Holy Spirit, says the Lord, without the intervention of any man. There is healing you will receive directly from My source and not through them. There are answers you are waiting for that you don’t need to seek from anyone else, but from Me.
Disciernan bien y sean entendidos del tiempo, del lugar, de la persona, de la fuente, dice el Señor. Disciernan y arrepiéntanse de enojarse con ellos, de ser exigentes, de presionarlos y de no buscarme a mí en primer lugar.
Discern well and understand the time, the place, the person, the source, says the Lord. Discern and repent of being angry with them, of being demanding, of pressuring them, and of not seeking Me first.
Arrepiéntanse también aquellos que se han hecho llamar algo que no son, algo que Yo nunca los llamé. Arrepiéntanse los que han estado funcionando en cosas a las cuales nunca los llamé a hacer. Arrepiéntanse de ponerse un traje que no han obtenido de mi armario, dice el Señor. Repent, those who have called yourselves something you are not, something I never called you to be. Repent, those who have operated in things I never called you to do. Repent of putting on a suit you didn’t take from My wardrobe, says the Lord. Repent of pretending, for many of you have learned and indoctrinated yourselves to be something you are not in reality.

[1 Corinthians 12:22-23] Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: and those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

Noelia: The Lord tells me that some of you need to be repositioned, because you are sitting at a desk that doesn’t belong to you—speaking in terms of work in the kingdom of heaven. You need to leave those positions and return to ask the Master what part is truly yours and what you are meant to do, because there are pieces of the puzzle that are out of place, and in this way the puzzle of the functions of the body of Christ cannot be completed.
Si Dios no los ha llamado, tienen que salir de donde están, reubicarse y encajar donde tienen que encajar. Y ahí encontrarán la plenitud que les falta. Ya no van a estar tan cansados como ahora, porque han estado yendo por su propia fuerza, y no van a sentir una carga ni un peso tan grandes. If God has not called you, you need to leave where you are, be repositioned, and fit into the place assigned to you. And there you will find the fullness you have been missing. You will no longer be as weary as you are now, for you have been going in your own strength, and you will not feel such a heavy burden. You will not make as many mistakes, and you will bear the fruit your hearts long to bear.

But for others, it’s not the time yet. You need to wait. You need to be patient. You need to prepare.

Some plant, others water, others prune the young plants, and others fertilize the soil. Each one must find their true identity and recognize, through the discernment of the Holy Spirit, the identity of the person before them.
El Señor dice que tienen que aprender a decir que no de una buena manera y sin sentir culpa cuando las personas busquen algo que ustedes simplemente no tienen para dar. Ustedes tienen que dar lo que tienen, no lo que no tienen, porque si no, lo van a estar inventando.
The Lord says you need to learn to say no in a good way and without feeling guilty when people ask for something you simply don’t have. You need to give what you have, not what you don’t have, because otherwise you are only pretending.
El Señor dice que su sí sea sí y que su no sea no. Cuando no puedan dar algo, simplemente digan que no, y cuando tengan algo para dar, pregunten al Espíritu Santo si lo tienen que dar a esa persona, en ese momento, en ese lugar y en esa situación.
The Lord says that your yes should be yes and your no should be no. If you have nothing to give, simply say no; and when you do have something, ask the Holy Spirit if you are meant to give it to that person, at that time, in that place, and in that situation.
