Prepare for the Calling and Study: God Wants You to Know What You Are Doing!

Bendiciones en el nombre poderoso de Cristo Jesús. Mientras estaba en oración más temprano, el Espíritu Santo me traía a la mente este hermoso pasaje:

Blessings in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. While I was praying earlier today, the Holy Spirit brought this beautiful passage to my mind:

[1 Samuel 19:20] And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

El Señor te llama a estudiar tu materia y educarte conforme a aquello a lo que Él te haya llamado. El Señor quiere que seas consciente de lo que estás haciendo para servirlo, y que te instruyas y aprendas acerca de los caminos por donde Él quiere llevarte.

The Lord calls you to study your field and be trained according to what He has called you to do. The Lord wants you to be aware of what you are doing to serve Him, and to receive instruction and learn about the paths He wants to lead you on.

Este es un llamado para que mi pueblo estudie el área en la que tiene que trabajar, dice Dios, porque una vez que Yo llamo a mis hijos a servirme en alguna parte del campo donde están los trabajadores, comienza un tiempo de preparación, de educación y de instrucción, y cada uno debería volverse experto en esa área.

This is a call for My people to study the area where they need to work, says God, because once I call My children to serve Me in some part of the field where the workers are, a time of preparation, education, and instruction begins, and each one should become an expert in that area.

Los agricultores saben cómo preparar la tierra, cómo plantar la semilla, cómo segar y cómo cosechar, dice el Señor. Ellos se preparan para que, cuando realicen su trabajo, sepan lo que están haciendo y por qué lo hacen.

Farmers know how to prepare the soil, how to plant the seed, how to reap, and how to harvest, says the Lord. They prepare themselves so that, when they do their work, they know what they are doing and why they are doing it.

Lo mismo espero de mis hijos, dice el Señor. Quiero que sean entendidos en lo que hacen. Quiero que se formen para responder con responsabilidad al llamado que les he hecho. En todo lo que hagan en el área en la que están trabajando o en la que van a trabajar, quiero que sepan por qué lo hacen.

I expect the same from My children, says the Lord. I want them to understand what they are doing. I want them to receive training so they can respond responsibly to the calling I have given them. In everything they do in the area where they are working or where they will work, I want them to know why they do it.

Hoy hablo esto porque muchos de ustedes no saben lo que están haciendo, dice el Señor. Quizás han sido llamados, pero no instruidos en el área de su llamado. Sienten un fuego en sus corazones, y ciertamente es un fuego de llamado, pero no han estudiado en la Palabra acerca de lo que tienen que hacer. No se han educado en el área en la que tienen que trabajar y no saben lo que están haciendo.

Today I speak this because many of you do not know what you are doing, says the Lord. Perhaps you have been called, but not instructed in the area of your calling. You feel a fire in your hearts, and it certainly is a fire of calling, but you have not studied in the Word about what you need to do. You have not received training in the area where you need to work, and you do not know what you are doing.

Noelia: Estoy viendo a alguien que tiene armas filosas en las manos, pero está haciendo malabares con ellas porque no sabe cómo usarlas. Esta imagen significa que a muchos de ustedes el Señor les ha dado armas y herramientas para trabajar en la mies, en el campo de Dios, pero no saben cómo utilizarlas. A veces, queriendo hacer el bien, hacen el mal. Queriendo construir, destruyen por causa de la ignorancia y de la falta de formación.

Noelia: I’m seeing someone who has sharp weapons in their hands, but they’re juggling them because they don’t know how to use them. This image means that the Lord has given many of you weapons and tools to work in the harvest, in God’s field, but you don’t know how to use them. Sometimes, wanting to do good, you do harm. Wanting to build, you destroy because of ignorance and lack of training.

Tienen que ser responsables con su trabajo celestial, dice el Señor. Tienen que dar pasos con convicción acerca de la dirección que tienen que tomar.

You need to be responsible in your heavenly work, says the Lord. You need to take steps with conviction about the direction you need to take.

Hijitos, dice Dios, mi pueblo está pecando sin querer. Los míos se equivocan haciendo cosas de maneras que no les enseñé. Muchos no están instruidos en la materia en la que tienen que trabajar. Son como un niño al que se le encargó una tarea, pero que nunca fue a la escuela para saber cómo hacerla.

Little ones, says God, My people are sinning unintentionally. My own are making mistakes by doing things in ways I did not teach them. Many are not instructed in the field they need to work in. They are like a child who was given a task but never went to school to learn how to do it.

Yo veo las intenciones de los corazones y sé que mayormente no lo hacen porque quieran hacerlo así, dice el Señor, sino por el afán de responder rápidamente al llamado, por el miedo a no hacer nada, o quizás porque hay alguien que los empuja y se apuraron más de la cuenta.

I see the intentions of the hearts, and I know that most of the time you are not doing it because you want to do it that way, says the Lord, but because you are eager to respond quickly to the calling, because you are afraid of doing nothing, or perhaps because someone is pushing you and you rushed ahead too soon.

Hay distintas razones por las que alguien puede equivocarse en la manera en la que responde al llamado, dice el Señor, y no todas esas razones muestran que esa persona tenga malas intenciones en el corazón. Pero eso no los guarda del error, porque los pecados involuntarios, pecados son. Tienen que ser conscientes de que hay leyes espirituales que quizás estén transgrediendo si no saben lo que están haciendo.

There are various reasons why someone may make a mistake in the way they respond to the calling, says the Lord, and not all those reasons show that the person has bad intentions in their heart. But that does not protect you from error, because unintentional sins are still sins. You need to be aware that there are spiritual laws you may be transgressing if you do not know what you are doing.

Algunos de ustedes están manejando cosas muy sensibles en las almas de los hijos de mi pueblo. Están tocando áreas muy delicadas en las personas a las que ministran, y no todos saben exactamente por qué hacen lo que hacen ni cómo tienen que tratar a esas almas preciosas.

Some of you are dealing with very sensitive things in the souls of the children of My people. You are touching very delicate areas in the people you minister to, and not everyone knows exactly why they are doing what they are doing or how they should treat those precious souls.

[Colossians 1:9-10] For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.

Noelia: El Señor me muestra que algunos de ustedes se apuraron en responder al llamado, cuando todavía no era el tiempo de caminar en esos zapatos. Tenemos que entender que, entre el momento en que Dios llama a una persona a servirlo y el momento en el que esa persona ya está lista para practicar esa profesión, a veces puede pasar mucho tiempo de preparación.

Noelia: The Lord shows me that some of you rushed to respond to the calling, when it was not yet the time to walk in those shoes. We need to understand that between the moment God calls someone to serve Him and the moment that person is ready to practice that profession, there can sometimes be a long period of preparation.

El Señor me dice que hay distintos casos. Hay personas que son llamadas e inmediatamente enviadas, pero esos casos son muy pocos. En la mayoría de los casos, después de que Dios llama a una persona, viene un tiempo considerablemente largo de preparación, de instrucción y de formación en esa área, hasta que esa persona entra plenamente a realizar la tarea para la que fue llamada.

The Lord tells me that there are various cases. Some people are called and sent immediately, but those cases are very few. In most cases, after God calls someone, there is a considerably long period of preparation, instruction, and training in that area, until they fully enter into the task they were called to carry out.

Algunos de ustedes se equivocaron en el tiempo. El Señor los había llamado para algo específico, pero no siguieron la guía del Espíritu Santo, que les había indicado de distintas maneras que todavía no era el tiempo de caminar con esos zapatos. Ya los tenían, pero aún no debían usarlos.

Some of you missed the timing. The Lord had called you to something specific, but you didn’t follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who had shown you in various ways that it was not yet time to walk in those shoes. You already had them, but you were not supposed to wear them yet.

El Señor me hace saber que recibir un llamado es a veces como si alguien te regalara un par de zapatos nuevos, específicos para ciertos terrenos: para ciertas tareas, para ciertas situaciones o para ciertos momentos. El Señor te regala esos zapatos nuevos cuando te llama a trabajar para Él, pero eso no quiere decir que ya tengas que ponértelos y usarlos.

The Lord shows me that receiving a calling is sometimes like being given a new pair of shoes, made for certain terrain: for certain tasks, for certain situations, or for certain moments. The Lord gives you those new shoes when He calls you to work for Him, but that doesn’t mean you have to put them on and use them right away.

Es como cuando alguien te regala unos patines de hielo, pero tú todavía no sabes cómo patinar. Los patines ya los tienes, como señal profética de que algún día vas a patinar, pero no debes usarlos hasta que primero aprendas cómo hacerlo, especialmente para guardarte de los golpes e incluso de lastimarte tan gravemente que no vuelvas a patinar.

It’s like being given a pair of ice skates when you still don’t know how to skate. You already have the skates, as a prophetic sign that someday you will skate, but you shouldn’t use them until you first learn how, especially to protect yourself from falls and even from getting injured so badly that you never skate again.

A veces, si te apuras y entras antes de tiempo en el llamado que Dios te hace, puede pasar que nunca llegues a caminar en él. Los errores pueden ser graves y permanentes si no eres sabio y no te dejas guiar por el Espíritu Santo de Dios, que es el que te va a ayudar a responder a ese llamado y te va a decir cuándo entrar en esa actividad.

Sometimes, if you hurry and step too soon into the calling God gives you, you may never get to walk in it. The mistakes can be serious and permanent if you are not wise and do not let yourself be guided by the Holy Spirit of God, who is the One who will help you respond to that calling and tell you when to step into that activity.

[Proverbs 19:2] Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.

Muchos de ustedes ya pueden sentir un fuego que arde. Ya saben cuál es el llamado. Incluso sienten la necesidad de experimentar esa plenitud de ser útiles para Dios, y se dicen a ustedes mismos: «Siento que tengo que serlo, pero no sé cómo, no sé cuándo, no sé de qué manera». Ese fuego está ahí, no mengua ni se apaga, pero no saben cómo responder a ese llamado que sienten en sus espíritus.

Many of you can already feel a burning fire. You already know what the calling is. You even feel the need to experience that fullness of being useful to God, and you say to yourselves: “I feel that I need to be useful, but I don’t know how, I don’t know when, I don’t know in what way.” That fire is there; it does not diminish or go out, but you do not know how to respond to that calling you feel in your spirits.

El Señor me dice que es el Espíritu Santo el que mantiene ese fuego encendido mientras la persona se prepara para responder al llamado. Pero no hay apuro en los tiempos del Señor. No hay que correr si el Espíritu Santo está diciendo que hay que caminar. No hay que avanzar si es tiempo de esperar.

The Lord tells me that it’s the Holy Spirit who keeps that fire burning while the person prepares to respond to the calling. But there is no rushing in the Lord’s timing. You must not run if the Holy Spirit is telling you to walk. You must not move forward if it’s time to wait.

Los maestros no se forman de un día para el otro. Después de recibir el llamado de Dios, en la mayoría de los casos viene un tiempo de escuela y de preparación donde el Espíritu Santo te va guiando y formando. Él debe ser tu primer Maestro. Él te va a ir entrenando, pero es tu tarea, tu responsabilidad, aprender a escuchar su voz y entender cómo Él te habla a ti de manera particular y personal.

Teachers are not trained overnight. After receiving God’s calling, in most cases there comes a period of schooling and preparation when the Holy Spirit guides and trains you. He must be your first Teacher. He will train you, but it is your task, your responsibility, to learn to hear His voice and understand how He speaks to you in a particular, personal way.

El Señor dice que es tu deber invertir mucho tiempo en el cuarto secreto con Él para entender cómo sigue la historia. Es tu tarea edificarte a ti mismo mientras estás en esa escuela de Dios, donde Él te va preparando para que entiendas de qué se trata ese llamado, cómo se cumple, cuáles son los peligros, cuáles son tus derechos y tus obligaciones, y con qué cosas tendrás que ser muy cuidadoso al estar en la obra.

The Lord says that it is your duty to invest a lot of time in the secret place with Him to understand what comes next. It is your task to build yourself up while you are in that school of God, where He prepares you to understand what that calling is about, how it is fulfilled, what the dangers are, what your rights and obligations are, and what you will have to be very careful with while you are in the work.

Hay muchas cosas que hay que aprender, dice Dios, pero mi pueblo no se prepara. Mi pueblo improvisa y no se vuelve un máster en aquello en lo que tiene que servirme. Mi pueblo no se toma en serio el ministerio que les doy. Mi pueblo piensa que una profesión de la vida diaria es más importante que una profesión celestial.

There are many things that must be learned, says God, but My people do not prepare themselves. My people improvise and do not become masters in the area where they need to serve Me. My people do not take the ministry I give them seriously. My people think that an everyday profession is more important than a heavenly profession.

Mi pueblo quiere hacer carrera en sus profesiones mundanas, trabajando para el mundo, dice el Señor, pero no quiere subir de nivel en las profesiones celestiales para servir al Rey de reyes y Señor de señores. Mi pueblo hace cursos, estudia, viaja, gana experiencia y títulos honorables en sus trabajos de la vida diaria para ganar dinero en el mundo, pero cuando se trata de mis cosas, no sabe dónde está parado.

My people want to build careers in their worldly professions, working for the world, says the Lord, but they refuse to advance in the heavenly professions to serve the King of kings and Lord of lords. My people take courses, study, travel, gain experience, and earn honorable titles in their everyday jobs to make money in the world, but when it comes to My things, they do not know where they stand.

Por eso muchos son descartados, dice Dios, porque no se toman en serio la profesión en el reino de los cielos a la que son llamados y no se preparan para trabajar en esa área. Son irresponsables. Son rápidos para inventar, pero no para buscar en la Palabra los fundamentos de lo que tienen que hacer.

That is why many are disqualified, says God, because they do not take seriously the profession in the kingdom of heaven to which they are called, and they do not prepare themselves to work in that area. They are irresponsible. They are quick to invent, but not to search the Word for the foundations of what they need to do.

[Hebrews 5:12] For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

Cuando ustedes eligen una carrera en el mundo y ya saben a qué se van a dedicar, dice Dios, tienen claro que en algún momento tienen que entrar a una universidad u otra institución para que los prepare y los forme. Y tienen aún más claro que, si bien pueden comenzar con ciertas actividades antes, no van a ejercer esa profesión hasta que tengan el título en sus manos. Ese título no solamente representa la capacitación que ustedes hicieron durante esos años, sino que también avala lo que están haciendo. Tiene un peso legal en el mundo físico y también en el mundo espiritual.

When you choose a career in the world and already know what you will devote yourselves to, says God, it is clear to you that at some point you have to enter a university or another institution to prepare and train you. And it is even clearer to you that, although you may begin with certain activities beforehand, you will not practice that profession until you have the degree in your hands. That degree not only represents the training you completed during those years, but it also validates what you are doing. It has legal weight in the physical world and also in the spiritual world.

Sin embargo, cuando se trata del trabajo para Mí, dice el Señor, no tienen ánimo para capacitarse y no quieren aprender. Muchos solo piensan en los púlpitos, donde quieren hacerse ver, y no meditan ni prevén que, si suben antes de tiempo, van a ser como un estudiante que aún no terminó su capacitación para hacer lo que está haciendo.

However, when it comes to the work for Me, says the Lord, you have no desire to be trained and you refuse to learn. Many only think about the pulpits, where they want to be seen, and they do not consider or foresee that if they step up too soon, they will be like students who have not yet finished their training for what they are doing.

Van a ser como alguien que ejerce la medicina sin estar titulado, dice el Señor. Si en el mundo no hacen eso, mucho menos deberían comportarse así en el trabajo para el reino de los cielos, teniendo presente que las huellas que pueden dejar al trabajar en las cosas espirituales suelen ser mucho más profundas que las que dejan al trabajar en las cosas materiales.

You will be like someone who practices medicine without being licensed, says the Lord. If you do not do that in the world, much less should you behave that way in the work for the kingdom of heaven, keeping in mind that the marks you can leave when working with spiritual things are usually much deeper than the ones you leave when working with material things.

Deben entender que a muchos de ustedes les estoy dando sueños donde se ven estudiando en una escuela, dice el Señor, a veces incluso como si fueran niños, porque ese es el estado profesional espiritual en el que están. Aún no están listos para ejercer la profesión y mucho menos para enseñar, pero muchos de ustedes se comportan como maestros cuando no han terminado su proceso de estudiantes y alumnos espirituales en la materia en la que tienen que obrar.

You must understand that I am giving many of you dreams in which you see yourselves studying in a school, says the Lord, sometimes even as if you were children, because that is the stage you are in within your spiritual profession. You are not yet ready to practice the profession, much less to teach, but many of you behave like teachers when you have not finished your process as spiritual students in the field where you need to work.

Los estoy llamando a recapacitar y a volver al cuarto secreto para inquirir en mis tiempos acerca de ese llamado que les he hecho, dice el Señor, porque algunos no están listos. Son como una fruta inmadura que aún no debe ser quitada del árbol, y los que la coman pueden sufrir indigestión.

I am calling you to stop and think and to return to the secret place to ask about My timing concerning that calling I have given you, says the Lord, because some are not ready. They are like unripe fruit that should not yet be taken from the tree, and those who eat it may get indigestion.

Muchos de ustedes son como un árbol que no está en tiempo de dar fruto maduro, dice el Señor, y si invitan a otros a comer de su árbol, ingerir esos frutos que no están listos ciertamente les puede caer mal.

Many of you are like a tree that is not in its season to bear ripe fruit, says the Lord, and if you invite others to eat from your tree, eating those fruits that are not ready can certainly make them sick.

Tienen que entender que, para que un árbol dé buenos frutos, primero tiene que madurar el árbol mismo, y luego hay un tiempo para que el fruto también madure y esté listo para comerlo.

You need to understand that for a tree to bear good fruit, the tree itself must mature first, and then the fruit also needs time to ripen and be ready to eat.

Tienen que estudiar el libro de Eclesiastés, dice el Señor, donde les he dejado una enseñanza sobre los tiempos, y también tienen que trabajar en la ansiedad para no equivocarse acerca de esos tiempos.

You need to study the book of Ecclesiastes, says the Lord, where I have left you a teaching about timing, and you also need to deal with anxiety so you will not make mistakes about that timing.

Noelia: El Señor me revela que a muchos de ustedes los está llamando a depender de alguien en ese aprendizaje, a sujetarse a una cabeza que los prepare para ese llamado. El Espíritu Santo les ha indicado que deberían sujetarse a alguien que ya pasó por ese proceso de aprendizaje y preparación espiritual, pero no han querido sujetarse porque piensan que pueden hacerlo todo por ustedes mismos.

Noelia: The Lord reveals to me that He is calling many of you to depend on someone in that learning, to submit yourselves to a leader who prepares you for that calling. The Holy Spirit has shown you that you should submit to someone who has already gone through that process of learning and spiritual preparation, but you have refused to submit because you think you can do everything by yourselves.

Si bien hay una guía irreemplazable, un Maestro superior que nos enseña todas las cosas, que es el Espíritu Santo, el Señor a veces envía a otra persona para prepararte y ayudarte a madurar en el área en la que tienes que instruirte. El Señor a veces señala a ciertas personas para que sean los maestros de tu escuela espiritual hasta que estés listo para ejercer tu profesión en el Señor.

Although there is an irreplaceable Guide, a higher Teacher who teaches us all things, who is the Holy Spirit, the Lord sometimes sends another person to prepare you and help you mature in the area where you need instruction. The Lord sometimes appoints certain people to be teachers in your spiritual school until you are ready to practice your profession in the Lord.

Pero muchos quieren ser autodidactas e independientes, y se quedan sin esa guía humana que Dios ha marcado y enviado para formarlos. Esto tiene mucho potencial de error y abre la puerta a muchas posibilidades de generar daño, incluso a abandonar el ministerio prematuramente por causa de los errores que se cometen en estos casos.

But many want to be self-taught and independent, and they are left without that human guidance that God has appointed and sent to train them. This carries great potential for error and opens the door to many possibilities of causing harm, even to the point of abandoning the ministry prematurely because of the mistakes made in these cases.

El Señor dice que ores y le preguntes: «Señor, ¿dónde debo instruirme en esto que me estás llamando a hacer? Señor, ¿con quién puedo aprender? Envíame con alguien que tenga la sabiduría con la que yo no cuento».

The Lord says that you should pray and ask Him: “Lord, where should I receive instruction for what You are calling me to do? Lord, who can I learn from? Send me to someone who has the wisdom I don’t have.”

Una cosa es el llamado y otra cosa es contar con la sabiduría para responder a ese llamado, dice el Señor. Sean humildes y déjense enseñar por aquellas cabezas que he colocado por encima de ustedes.

One thing is the calling, and another thing is to have the wisdom to respond to it, says the Lord. Be humble and let yourselves be taught by those leaders I have placed over you.

Noelia: El Señor me hace saber que algunos de ustedes están confundidos, pensando que los prepara el Espíritu Santo o los prepara una persona, y no entienden que a veces pueden ser las dos cosas. Una no quita a la otra, y normalmente es el mismo Espíritu Santo el que envía la ayuda necesaria para prepararte, le indica a tu guía humana cómo trabajar en ti y te confirma que lo que esa guía hace viene de Dios. Es el mismo Espíritu Santo el que llama al alumno a entrar en la escuela y a elegir al maestro con el que va a tomar la clase, y el que llama al maestro a instruirlo.

Noelia: The Lord shows me that some of you are confused, thinking that either the Holy Spirit prepares you or a person prepares you, and you don’t understand that sometimes it can be both. One doesn’t cancel out the other, and normally it’s the Holy Spirit Himself who sends the necessary help to prepare you, shows your human guide how to work with you, and confirms to you that what that guide does comes from God. It’s the same Holy Spirit who calls the student to enter the school and choose the teacher they will learn from, and who calls that teacher to instruct them.

El Señor dice que una cosa no quita la otra, y que muchos de ustedes están confundidos y descartan la guía de los hombres, aunque vemos muchos ejemplos bíblicos: Jesús con sus discípulos, Elías con Eliseo o Pablo con Timoteo.

The Lord says that one thing does not cancel out the other, and that many of you are confused and discard human guidance, even though we see many biblical examples: Jesus with His disciples, Elijah with Elisha, or Paul with Timothy.

Es un principio espiritual de discipulado, pero muchos de ustedes no quieren ser discípulos, no quieren ser alumnos. Algunos incluso creen que ya lo saben todo y que no necesitan ninguna preparación, porque el Señor los ha dotado de distintos dones espirituales, de cierta sabiduría y de cierto conocimiento.

It’s a spiritual principle of discipleship, but many of you refuse to be disciples; you refuse to be students. Some even believe they already know everything and don’t need any preparation, because the Lord has given them various spiritual gifts, a measure of wisdom, and a measure of knowledge.

Pero una cosa es tener el maletín de trabajo que uno necesita para realizar esa profesión, y otra cosa es saber cómo y cuándo usarlo. No alcanza con estar equipados con los dones espirituales para poder hacer las cosas bien. No alcanza con caminar en el poder de Dios para no cometer errores. Hay una enseñanza que se necesita aún más después de recibir esos dones espirituales, después de comenzar a caminar en ese poder.

But one thing is to have the tools one needs to carry out that profession, and another thing is to know how and when to use them. Being equipped with spiritual gifts is not enough to do things well. Walking in the power of God is not enough to avoid making mistakes. Instruction is needed all the more after receiving those spiritual gifts, after beginning to walk in that power.

[2 Timothy 3:10] But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

El Señor dice que hay cosas que un cristiano tiene que hacer y para las cuales no necesita la guía de otra persona. Pero hay otras cosas donde ciertamente hacen falta preparación, educación e instrucción, y donde uno debe ir con mucho cuidado, muy consciente de lo que está haciendo, para no generar caos y confusión.

The Lord says that there are things a Christian needs to do without needing someone else’s guidance. But there are other things where preparation, education, and instruction are certainly needed, and where one must proceed very carefully, very aware of what they are doing, to avoid causing chaos and confusion.

Es el Señor el que está llamando a muchos ministerios a levantar escuelas de profetas, de pastores, de maestros, de evangelistas, de apóstoles. Es Dios el que está levantando estos edificios espirituales en estos últimos días para que sus hijos sean instruidos y preparados para la obra del ministerio.

It is the Lord who is calling many ministries to build schools of prophets, of pastors, of teachers, of evangelists, of apostles. It is God who is raising up these spiritual buildings in these last days so that His children can be instructed and prepared for the work of the ministry.

[Ephesians 4:11-12] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Es el Señor el que está llamando a los que ya son maestros a instruir a otros que todavía están en la etapa de alumnos. Cada uno de ustedes tiene que preguntarle a Dios a dónde tiene que ir, con quién tiene que aprender, cómo tiene que instruirse, cuál es la manera correcta de prepararse, hasta dónde aplicar o practicar lo que ya ha recibido y si tiene que detenerse si aún no es el tiempo o si todavía no sabe cómo hacerlo.

It is the Lord who is calling those who are already teachers to instruct others who are still students. Each one of you must ask God where you should go, who you should learn from, how you should be instructed, what the right way to prepare is, how much of what you have already received you should apply or practice, and whether you should stop if it is not yet the time or if you still do not know how to do it.

El Señor me hace saber que muchos de ustedes han tenido sueños en los que se ven aprendiendo con cierta persona, o han soñado que un ministro específico viene a sus casas y se queda a vivir con ustedes, o que ustedes van a la casa de un ministro específico y se quedan a vivir ahí.

The Lord shows me that many of you have had dreams in which you see yourselves learning from a certain person, or you have dreamed that a certain minister comes to your homes and moves in with you, or that you go to the house of a certain minister and stay there.

Muchos se ven estudiando en escuelas o en universidades, o tienen sueños que tienen que ver con ser alumnos, con ser discípulos, con etapas de preparación, con temporadas de aprendizaje. En algunos casos, esto sucede porque el Señor los está guiando a través de esos sueños.

Many see themselves studying in schools or universities, or they have dreams that have to do with being students, with being disciples, with stages of preparation, with seasons of learning. In some cases, this happens because the Lord is guiding you through those dreams.

Si ustedes saben que tienen un llamado profético, ya deberían estar estudiando profundamente la Biblia acerca de todo lo profético, invirtiendo mucho tiempo en ayuno y oración para tener claridad acerca de la voz de Dios y de las maneras en las que Él habla, y para entender e interpretar lo que reciben cuando es una revelación simbólica. Deberían anotar y guardar en su corazón lo que reciben, si aún no es tiempo de compartirlo, hasta que Dios les indique directamente, a través del Espíritu Santo o de un preparador espiritual, qué tienen que hacer con eso.

If you know that you have a prophetic calling, you should already be studying the Bible deeply concerning everything prophetic, investing a lot of time in fasting and prayer to have clarity about the voice of God and the ways He speaks, and to understand and interpret what you receive when it is a symbolic revelation. You should write down and keep in your heart what you receive, if it is not yet time to share it, until God shows you directly, through the Holy Spirit or through a spiritual instructor, what you need to do with it.

El Señor me muestra que muchos son como esta generación cómoda que no quiere trabajar, que no quiere ganarse el pan con el sudor de su frente. Quieren recibirlo todo en bandeja y que Dios mande del cielo el maná que los alimente diariamente, incluso en el área que ustedes mismos deberían empezar a estudiar.

The Lord shows me that many are like this lazy generation that doesn’t want to work, that doesn’t want to earn bread by the sweat of its brow. You want to receive everything on a platter and for God to send manna from Heaven to feed you daily, even in the area that you yourselves should begin to study.

Así como son deseosos para su preparación profesional en el mundo, dice el Señor, también séanlo con las cosas celestiales. No jueguen a ser algo que todavía no son, porque el precio que podrían pagar es muy alto. El daño que pueden generar suele ser muy profundo y muy difícil de reparar, y a veces incluso imposible, porque no se puede volver atrás.

Just as you are eager in your professional preparation in the world, says the Lord, be eager with heavenly things too. Do not play at being something you are not yet, because the price you could pay is very high. The damage you can cause is often very deep and very difficult to repair, and sometimes even impossible, because there is no going back.

Tengan cuidado y no se hagan maestros cuando todavía no lo son, dice el Señor. Hay muchos hijos de mi pueblo que están enseñando cosas que no han aprendido de Mí, que no me han consultado y que no han investigado en las Escrituras: doctrinas inventadas, suposiciones sin fundamento.

Be careful and do not make yourselves teachers when you are not yet teachers, says the Lord. There are many children of My people who are teaching things they have not learned from Me, that they have not consulted Me about, and that they have not searched out in the Scriptures: invented doctrines, assumptions without foundation.

[James 3:1] My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.

Noelia: Estoy viendo a un niño parado en la orilla del mar. El niño tiene una piedra en la mano y la tira al mar, generando ondas en el agua. Esto significa que sus acciones tienen un impacto en lo que los rodea, y que muchos de ustedes se están comportando como un niño que tira piedras al agua para ver hasta dónde llegan esas ondas.

Noelia: I’m seeing a child standing on the seashore. The child has a stone in his hand and throws it into the sea, creating ripples in the water. This means that your actions have an impact on the world around you, and that many of you are behaving like a child who throws stones into the water to see how far those ripples spread.

El Señor dice que tomen conciencia de que están tratando con almas, a las que pueden traumatizar, lastimar, quebrar e incluso hacer que se alejen del Señor. Si están trabajando en ignorancia, sin haber sido instruidos, o incluso sin haber sido enviados por el Señor todavía, el Señor les dice en este momento a algunos de ustedes que deben frenar lo que están haciendo.

The Lord says that you should realize that you are dealing with souls, souls you can traumatize, wound, break, and even cause to turn away from the Lord. If you are working in ignorance, without having been instructed, or even without having been sent by the Lord yet, the Lord is telling some of you right now that you need to stop what you are doing.

Pongan una pausa en lo que están haciendo y busquen al Señor en la intimidad. Pregúntenle si realmente están donde tienen que estar, si están caminando en su tiempo o en el suyo propio, si fue Dios quien los envió o si se enviaron ustedes mismos, o si se adelantaron a aquello que Él sí les mandó hacer, pero para lo cual aún no era el momento. Examinen también si están avanzando apoyados en su propio entendimiento o construyendo algo que Dios no levantó.

Pause what you are doing and seek the Lord in the secret place. Ask Him if you truly are where you are supposed to be, if you are walking in His timing or your own, if God sent you or you sent yourselves, or if you rushed ahead into what He did command you to do, even though the time for it had not yet come. Also examine whether you are moving forward by relying on your own understanding or building something God did not build.

El Señor me hace saber que algunos de ustedes son como alguien que levanta un edificio que en cualquier momento puede derrumbarse, porque no es Dios el que lo edificó; es un edificio de hombres. Esto puede suceder incluso cuando Dios haya llamado a una persona a hacer algo, pero todavía no sea el tiempo de concretar ese llamado.

The Lord shows me that some of you are like someone who puts up a building that could collapse at any moment, because God was not the One who built it; it is a building made by men. This can happen even when God has called someone to do something, but it is not yet the time for them to step into that calling.

En vano trabajan los edificadores si no es Dios el que los llama a levantar esos edificios espirituales.

The builders labor in vain if it is not God who calls them to build those spiritual buildings.

[Psalms 127:1] Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: Except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

Hay apóstoles que dicen que son apóstoles, pero aún no lo son, aunque tienen un llamado apostólico en su vida. Hay profetas que ya se hacen llamar profetas, pero aún no han sido diplomados en la escuela del Señor y todavía son aprendices de profetas.

There are apostles who say they are apostles, but they are not apostles yet, even though they have an apostolic calling on their life. There are prophets who already call themselves prophets, but they have not yet received a diploma in the Lord’s school and are still prophets in training.

Lo mismo sucede con los pastores. Algunos son como una fruta que todavía no está madura, pero les dan de comer a otros algo que aún no está listo ni es bueno para comer. Una cosa es ser aprendiz, y otra cosa es contar ya con ese diplomado celestial, con ese título que el Señor te concede cuando tu preparación está completa.

The same thing happens with pastors. Some are like fruit that is not yet ripe, but they feed others something that is not yet ready or good to eat. One thing is to be an apprentice, and another thing is to already have that heavenly diploma, that title the Lord grants you when your preparation is complete.

Normalmente, uno no empieza a ejercer el ministerio de un día para el otro. Podemos ver en la Biblia el ejemplo de David. Él fue ungido cuando era muy joven, pero pasaron muchos años hasta que llegó a ser rey, y mientras tanto el Señor lo preparó para ese cargo. Había sido ungido, tenía un llamado, pero todavía no era el momento de ponerse los zapatos de rey. El manto real, la corona, el cetro y el trono estaban preparados para él, pero todavía no era el tiempo de reinar.

Usually, one doesn’t step into ministry overnight. We can see the example of David in the Bible. He was anointed when he was very young, but many years passed before he became king, and in the meantime the Lord prepared him for that role. He had been anointed, and he had a calling, but it was still not the time for him to step into the shoes of a king. The royal mantle, the crown, the scepter, and the throne were prepared for him, but it was still not the time to reign.

Ustedes tienen que comprender los tiempos, dice Dios. Ustedes tienen que entender dónde están parados y hacia dónde van. Ese es su trabajo. Yo llamo, Yo preparo, Yo envío, Yo establezco y Yo constituyo, dice el Señor, pero hay una parte que tienen que hacer los míos: responder al llamado, dejarse instruir en él y entender en qué temporada están dentro de ese proceso espiritual.

You need to understand the times, says God. You need to understand where you stand and where you are going. That is your work. I call, I prepare, I send, I establish, and I appoint, says the Lord, but there is a part My own need to do: respond to the calling, receive instruction in it, and understand what season they are in within that spiritual process.

Ustedes deberían desear ser los mejores en su materia, dice el Señor. Ustedes deberían volverse expertos en lo que están llamados a hacer.

You should desire to be the best in your field, says the Lord. You should become experts in what you are called to do.

Noelia: El Señor me revela que muchas veces el tiempo de preparación antes de ejercer la profesión depende de ustedes: de cuánto se preparan, de cuánto obedecen, de cuánto tiempo invierten en el estudio de la materia, de si realizan las prácticas antes de entrar en la profesión y de si han establecido una conexión íntima y real con el Espíritu Santo de Dios, el que nos guía en todas las cosas.

Noelia: The Lord reveals to me that the preparation time before you can practice the profession often depends on you: on how much you prepare yourselves, on how much you obey, on how much time you invest in studying the field, on whether you complete the practical training before entering the profession, and on whether you have established an intimate and real connection with the Holy Spirit of God, the One who guides us in all things.

En este tiempo, de 30 alumnos que entran a una clase de matemáticas, dice el Señor, muy pocos se vuelven expertos y terminan enseñando esa materia a los demás. Esos son los que estudian en su casa las fórmulas que les enseñaron en la escuela. Esos son los que hacen sus tareas, los que investigan, los que siguen el ejemplo de otros matemáticos que ya son expertos en su materia, los que ponen el corazón en el asunto.

At this time, out of 30 students who enter a math class, says the Lord, very few become experts and end up teaching that subject to others. Those are the ones who go home and study the formulas they were taught in school. Those are the ones who do their homework, who research, who follow the example of other mathematicians who are already experts in their subject, who put their heart into it.

Muchos son llamados, pero pocos escogidos, dice el Señor, y los escogidos de entre todos los llamados normalmente son los más dedicados: los que más tiempo invierten, los que más en serio se toman la tarea, los que más se preparan, los que más se consagran, los que están dispuestos a cargar su cruz para seguirme a Mí, dice Jesús.

Many are called, but few are chosen, says the Lord, and the chosen from among all the called are usually the most dedicated: those who invest the most time, those who take the matter most seriously, those who prepare themselves the most, those who consecrate themselves the most, those who are willing to carry their cross to follow Me, says Jesus.

[Matthew 22:14] For many are called, but few are chosen.

Muchos entran a la clase, pero muy pocos terminan la escuela, dice el Señor. Y aún hay otros que, habiendo terminado la facultad, no ejercen aquello que estudiaron. En una misma clase, algunos avanzan más rápido que otros en el aprendizaje. Hay otros que ni siquiera estudian lo que tienen que estudiar y por eso tienen que repetir el año o el grado.

Many begin the class, but very few finish school, says the Lord. And there are still others who, after finishing their studies, do not go on to practice what they studied. In the same class, some progress in their learning faster than others. Others do not even study what they need to study, and that is why they have to repeat the year or grade.

Noelia: Por eso muchos de ustedes están soñando que vuelven a la escuela a repetir el año que ya hicieron. Es porque no aprendieron lo que Dios les quería enseñar. Tienen que volver a ver los mismos contenidos porque no aprobaron el examen que les permitía avanzar.

Noelia: That’s why many of you are dreaming that you go back to school to repeat the year you already completed. It’s because you didn’t learn what God wanted to teach you. You have to review the same material again because you didn’t pass the exam that would have allowed you to advance.

Dedíquense, estudien y amen eso en lo que tienen que prepararse, dice el Señor. Pídanme revelación si les falta, pero pidan aún más sabiduría celestial, porque muchos de ustedes son como alumnos que comenzaron a estudiar una profesión durante dos o tres años, y después abandonaron la carrera.

Dedicate yourselves, study, and love what you need to prepare yourselves for, says the Lord. Ask Me for revelation if you lack it, but ask Me even more for heavenly wisdom, because many of you are like students who began to study a profession for two or three years and then abandoned the career.

Hay un principio y un final para todas las cosas que no son eternas. Hay un primer día de clases y un último día, dice el Señor. Hay un alfa y un omega, un principio y un fin. Y hay un tiempo donde la puerta de la oportunidad está abierta, pero después se cierra.

There is a beginning and an end for all things that are not eternal. There is a first day of class and a last day, says the Lord. There is an alpha and an omega, a beginning and an end. And there is a time when the door of opportunity is open, but later it closes.

No desperdicien las oportunidades que les doy para estudiar su materia espiritual. Aprovechen las puertas que Yo abro, dice el Señor. No malgasten el tiempo ni el esfuerzo en algo a lo que no tienen que dedicarse o que no tienen que estudiar.

Do not waste the opportunities I give you to study your spiritual field. Take advantage of the doors that I open, says the Lord. Do not squander time or effort on something you do not need to devote yourselves to or that you do not need to study.

Algunos de ustedes están equivocados de clase. Como no me buscaron a Mí para que Yo les muestre qué tienen que estudiar o en qué tienen que prepararse, se metieron en lo que a ustedes les parecía o les gustaba, pero están perdiendo tiempo y esfuerzo en algo a lo que no los llamé.

Some of you are in the wrong class. Because you did not seek Me so I could show you what you need to study or what you need to prepare yourselves for, you got into what seemed right to you or what you liked, but you are wasting time and effort on something I did not call you to do.

Deben meditar, escudriñar sus corazones y realmente buscarme, dice el Señor, para que Yo vuelva a dirigirlos y ustedes puedan redimir el tiempo, prepararse bien y volverse buenos en esa tarea que tienen que hacer.

You must meditate, search your hearts, and truly seek Me, says the Lord, so that I can direct you again and you can redeem the time, prepare yourselves well, and become good at the task you need to do.

Hijitos, dice el Señor, mi pueblo no sabe lo que hace. Mi pueblo peca y mete las manos donde no las tiene que meter. Y así como Saúl se metió en un ministerio que no le correspondía, y eso generó consecuencias graves e irrevocables para su vida, muchos de ustedes podrían terminar igual.

Little ones, says the Lord, My people do not know what they are doing. My people sin and put their hands where they should not put them. And just as Saul got involved in a ministry that did not belong to him, and that brought serious and irrevocable consequences for his life, many of you could end up the same.

[1 Samuel 13:8-9] And he tarried seven days, according to the set time that Samuel had appointed: but Samuel came not to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him. And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering.

[1 Samuel 13:13-14] And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever. But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee.

No se llamen algo que no son. No caminen en algo para lo que aún no están listos. No inventen nuevas doctrinas que no están basadas en las Escrituras y no creen métodos nuevos que Yo no les he revelado. En algunos casos, es el enemigo el que les está enseñando cosas falsas por estar fuera de su llamado, por hacer lo que ustedes quieren hacer y no lo que Yo les digo que hagan. Corríjanse, dice el Señor.

Do not call yourselves something you are not. Do not walk in something you are not yet ready for. Do not invent new doctrines that are not based on the Scriptures, and do not create new methods that I have not revealed to you. In some cases, it is the enemy who is teaching you false things because you are outside your calling, because you are doing what you want to do and not what I tell you to do. Correct your course, says the Lord.

Mi pueblo tiene que ser sabio y saber lo que está haciendo, por qué lo está haciendo y quién lo mandó a hacerlo, dice Dios. Pero muchos están equivocados: están en un trabajo donde no deben estar o en un tiempo equivocado, y se convierten en falsos maestros, falsos profetas, falsos apóstoles, falsos pastores o falsos evangelistas.

My people need to be wise and know what they are doing, why they are doing it, and who sent them to do it, says God. But many are mistaken: they are in a work they should not be in, or at the wrong time, and they become false teachers, false prophets, false apostles, false pastors, or false evangelists.

Ustedes tienen que saber quiénes son, cuál es su identidad en Cristo Jesús, en qué tiempo están y hacia dónde van. Busquen dirección y pídanme a Mí que les revele lo que les falta, y Yo les enviaré ayuda, dice el Señor.

You need to know who you are, what your identity is in Jesus Christ, what season you are in, and where you are going. Seek direction and ask Me to reveal to you what you lack, and I will send you help, says the Lord.

Noelia: Estoy viendo ahora a un doctor vestido con su ambo y con su maletín de trabajo en la mano. El doctor va confiado a trabajar al hospital, porque sabe que los años de estudio lo respaldan, porque sabe que su nombre está escrito en un registro de médicos matriculados. El doctor sabe que, cuando escribe una receta y pone su sello y su firma, no está haciendo cualquier cosa, porque se preparó años para eso.

Noelia: I’m now seeing a doctor dressed in his scrubs, with his work bag in hand. The doctor goes confidently to work at the hospital because he knows that his years of study back him up, because he knows that his name is written in a registry of licensed physicians. The doctor knows that when he writes a prescription and puts his stamp and signature on it, he is not doing just anything, because he prepared for years for that.

El doctor tiene la conciencia limpia y está tranquilo, porque cuenta con un diploma para hacer lo que está haciendo, dice el Señor. Pero a muchos de ustedes la conciencia los persigue. No están tranquilos y no tienen paz, porque hasta sus conciencias les están avisando que están donde no tienen que estar, que están ejerciendo una función que Yo no les indiqué ejercer o que todavía no están listos para ejercer.

The doctor has a clear conscience and is at peace, because he has a diploma to do what he is doing, says the Lord. But many of you are being hounded by your conscience. You are not at ease and you have no peace, because even your consciences are warning you that you are where you should not be, that you are carrying out a role I did not tell you to carry out, or one you are not yet ready to carry out.

Entonces, son como médicos fraudulentos, como estafadores que les venden a sus pacientes que ya son doctores cuando todavía no lo son. Están incurriendo en falta porque no están listos, preparados ni avalados por mi Espíritu para trabajar en lo que están trabajando para Mí, dice el Señor.

So you are like fraudulent doctors, like scammers who sell their patients the idea that they are already doctors when they are not yet. You are committing an offense because you are not ready, prepared, or endorsed by My Spirit to do the work you are doing for Me, says the Lord.

Son como empleados que se invitan solos a una empresa, pero nunca se les dio ese trabajo y no pertenecen a ella. Son como gente que se pone un uniforme de policía, pero no conoce las leyes. Son como niños que juegan a ser bomberos o astronautas, pero ni siquiera tienen conciencia de lo que esas profesiones conllevan.

You are like employees who invite themselves into a company, but that job was never given to them and they do not belong there. You are like people who put on a police uniform but do not know the laws. You are like children who play at being firefighters or astronauts, but who are not even aware of what those professions involve.

Bajen a tierra, dice el Señor. Pongan sus pies en el piso. Sean serios en lo que hacen, caminen con peso y ya no sean livianos en los trabajos de mi casa.

Come down to earth, says the Lord. Put your feet on the ground. Be serious in what you do, carry yourselves with weight, and stop treating the work of My house lightly.

Noelia: Veo ahora una iglesia donde hay gente vestida de distintas maneras, representando distintas profesiones dentro de ese lugar. Pero muchos son falsos y se hacen pasar por algo que no son. Algunos se hacen llamar pastores, pero no están llamados al pastorado, y otros tienen un llamado genuino, pero aún no son pastores, sino alumnos en una escuela que prepara a personas para pastorear.

Noelia: I now see a church where people are dressed in various ways, representing various professions in that place. But many are false, pretending to be something they are not. Some call themselves pastors, but they are not called to pastoral ministry, and others have a genuine calling, but they are not pastors yet; they are students in a school that prepares people to be pastors.

Muchos no tienen conciencia de estas cosas, porque pueden ser muy sutiles y no tan fáciles de reconocer, y no entienden las consecuencias que puede traer hacer algo que Dios no nos llamó a hacer o apurarse a ejercerlo. Por eso Dios está hablando ahora por misericordia de sus hijos, para que ellos no generen en sus vidas más aflicciones de las que ya conlleva seguir a Cristo. El Señor no quiere que sufras más de la cuenta ni que hagas sufrir a otros. Tampoco quiere que, por causa de tu rebelión, seas talado en esa área a la que Él algún día te llamó.

Many are not aware of these things, because they can be very subtle and not so easy to recognize, and they don’t understand the consequences that can come from doing something God didn’t call us to do or from rushing to step into it. That’s why God is speaking now out of mercy for His children, so they don’t bring more afflictions into their lives than following Christ already entails. The Lord doesn’t want you to suffer more than necessary or to make others suffer. Nor does He want you, because of your rebellion, to be cut down in the area He once called you to.

Dios me hace saber ahora que, cuando uno quiere entrar en un llamado antes de tiempo simplemente porque tiene ganas de hacerlo, y no espera los tiempos de Dios, eso es una forma de rebelión contra el Señor, porque el Señor indica que aún no es el tiempo, que hay que esperar y que falta preparación para responder a ese llamado.

God shows me now that when someone wants to step into a calling too soon simply because they feel like doing it, and they do not wait for God’s timing, that is a form of rebellion against the Lord, because the Lord is indicating that it is not the time yet, that they need to wait, and that more preparation is needed to respond to that calling.

[Acts 24:16] And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.

Me vuelve a venir a la mente el ejemplo de Samuel que compartí al principio, donde Samuel presidía a todos esos profetas en esa compañía de profetas que profetizaban. En una compañía así hay algunos que ya están llamados a liderar, que ya están listos, que pasaron por muchas cosas y que ya tienen una experiencia lista para compartir. Pero hay otros que no tienen ese proceso, que aún están crudos, y la comida no se puede sacar del horno antes de tiempo.

The example of Samuel that I shared at the beginning comes back to my mind, in which Samuel presided over all those prophets in that company of prophets who prophesied. In a company like that, there are some who are already called to lead, who are already ready, who have gone through many things and already have experience to share. But there are others who have not gone through that process, who are still raw, and food cannot be taken out of the oven before its time.

Hay un tiempo para todo, dice el Señor.

There is a time for everything, says the Lord.

Noelia: Gracias por esta palabra, Señor. Gracias por las escuelas de preparación ministerial que estás levantando en este tiempo, Padre.

Noelia: Thank You for this word, Lord. Thank You for the schools of ministerial preparation that You are raising up in this time, Father.

Te pido que guíes a tu pueblo, en el nombre de Jesús, que les sigas hablando por sueños, visiones, palabra profética o por su conciencia. Te pido que pongas fuertemente en sus espíritus lo que tienen que hacer o dejar de hacer, y que les quites toda duda a los que están apurados y están saltando en vez de dar los pasos que tienen que dar. Te pido que les muestres una clara señal de stop para que no se lastimen ni se golpeen, Señor, y para que el diablo no tome ventaja de esa rebeldía, de esa falta de sincronización con tu Espíritu.

I ask You to guide Your people, in the name of Jesus, and to keep speaking to them through dreams, visions, prophetic word, or through their conscience. I ask You to impress deeply upon their spirits what they need to do or refrain from doing, and to remove all doubt from those who are in a hurry and are jumping instead of taking the steps they need to take. I ask You to show them a clear stop sign so they do not hurt themselves or suffer a blow, Lord, and so the devil does not take advantage of that rebellion, of that lack of synchronization with Your Spirit.

Padre, gracias por estas escuelas que estoy viendo. Gracias por los sueños que les das a tus hijos. Dale paz a todo aquel que sí está donde tiene que estar, que sí se ha preparado, que ha estudiado, que conoce su identidad en Cristo y sabe cuál es el tiempo del llamado en el que está. Señor, confirma las preguntas que tus hijos te están haciendo ahora. Envía respuestas a esas preguntas.

Father, thank You for these schools that I’m seeing. Thank You for the dreams You give Your children. Give peace to everyone who truly is where they need to be, who truly has prepared, who has studied, who knows their identity in Christ and knows what season of the calling they are in. Lord, confirm the questions Your children are asking You right now. Send answers to those questions.

Gracias, Señor, porque no dejas a tus hijos en la oscuridad, sino que alumbras su camino para que sepan a dónde tienen que ir. Te pido que solo quede la luz de tu guía en sus vidas y que todo el resto se vuelva oscuro, para que se den cuenta cuando salen de ese haz de la guía del Espíritu Santo y vuelvan a las sendas correctas para sus vidas.

Thank You, Lord, because You don’t leave Your children in the darkness, but light their way so they know where they need to go. I ask You that only the light of Your guidance remain in their lives and that everything else become dark, so they realize when they have stepped out of that beam of the Holy Spirit’s guidance and return to the right paths for their lives.

Dios mío, a los que son ansiosos, te pido que los ayudes a divorciarse de esa ansiedad, a ser libres de ese apuro y a entender que hay un tiempo para todo. A los que estás llamando recién ahora, ayúdalos a responder con anhelo a ese llamado y a dejarse instruir por tu Espíritu, y quizás también por una guía humana.

My God, I ask You to help those who are anxious to break away from that anxiety, to be free from that hurry, and to understand that there is a time for everything. Help those You are only now calling to respond eagerly to that calling and to receive instruction from Your Spirit, and perhaps also from a human guide.

Heavenly Father, bless Your children who now show their hands to You and say: “I want to serve You, but I don’t have a calling.” Oh, heavenly Father, help us to finish the preparation, to be wise, and not to step into something too early and fall into error.

El Señor me revela que algunos de ustedes tienen que ayudar a otros primero, así como Eliseo sirvió a Elías. En este tiempo, Dios está llamando a algunos de ustedes a servir a alguien, y esa es la escuela por la que tienen que pasar, porque mientras sirven a esas personas ven el ejemplo de lo que ustedes van a tener que hacer.

The Lord reveals to me that some of you need to help others first, just as Elisha served Elijah. In this time, God is calling some of you to serve someone, and that’s the school you need to go through, because while you serve those people, you see the example of what you will need to do.

Ubíquense, oren y presten atención, y no desperdicien los recursos que les he dado, dice el Señor.

Know where you stand, pray, pay attention, and do not waste the resources I have given you, says the Lord.

Noelia: El Señor Jesús me muestra su gran amor por nosotros. Él se preocupa por nosotros y por eso da hoy este mensaje de corrección para muchos. El Señor te abraza y te consuela en este momento. Si cometiste errores en la profesión celestial que pensabas que tenías, pero te arrepientes y le pides perdón al Señor, Él te va a perdonar, te va a restaurar y te va a ayudar con los problemas que creaste.

Noelia: The Lord Jesus shows me His great love for us. He cares about us, and that’s why He gives this message of correction for many today. The Lord embraces you and comforts you right now. If you made mistakes in the heavenly profession you thought you had, but you repent and ask the Lord for forgiveness, He will forgive you, restore you, and help you with the problems you created.

Si tu quebranto y tu arrepentimiento son genuinos, aún hay tiempo, dice Dios.

If your brokenness and your repentance are genuine, there is still time, says God.

Noelia: El Señor me muestra un ejemplo de la vida diaria. Un joven entra en una universidad para estudiar cierta profesión, pero después de dos o tres años se da cuenta de que esa no es su vocación; entonces deja la universidad y se anota en otra cosa. Y lo mismo pasa espiritualmente.

Noelia: The Lord shows me an example from daily life. A young man enters a university to study a certain profession, but after two or three years he realizes that this is not his vocation; then he leaves the university and enrolls in something else. The same thing happens spiritually.

No es tarde para corregir tus caminos acerca de tu profesión espiritual. No es tarde para salir de una vida seca donde no vas a ver el aval de Dios, donde Él no va a ir contigo a hacer eso que vas a hacer, donde vas a ser como un árbol que no lleva fruto por estar en un lugar donde no tienes que estar, como una pieza del rompecabezas puesta en un lugar donde no encaja.

It’s not too late to correct your ways concerning your spiritual profession. It’s not too late to leave a dry life where you won’t see God’s endorsement, where He won’t go with you to do what you are about to do, where you will be like a tree that bears no fruit because it’s in a place where it shouldn’t be, like a puzzle piece placed somewhere it doesn’t fit.

Aún no es tarde para corregirte y para descartar eso que en el fondo de tu corazón sabes que no es para ti o que no es tiempo de hacerlo como lo estás haciendo, dice el Señor.

It is still not too late to correct yourself and let go of what you know deep in your heart is not for you, or what you know is not yet time to do the way you are doing it, says the Lord.

Noelia: El Señor te va a ayudar, el Espíritu Santo te va a guiar, y donde estés te vas a sentir pleno. Vas a tener paz y vas a tener convicción en tu espíritu de que eso es lo que tienes que hacer.

Noelia: The Lord will help you, the Holy Spirit will guide you, and you will feel fulfilled where you are. You will have peace, and you will have conviction in your spirit that this is what you are supposed to do.

El Señor va a respaldar ese estudio que hagas a nivel espiritual, y vas a ver sus señales. Él te va a hablar por sueños, por visiones, a través de la Biblia o por otras personas, una y otra vez, en cada paso que des. Dios se va a encargar de mostrarte su mano extendida, y vas a tener paz y vas a dar buenos frutos.

The Lord will back up the study you do spiritually, and you will see His signs. He will speak to you through dreams, through visions, through the Bible, or through other people, again and again, with every step you take. God will take care to show you His outstretched hand, and you will have peace and bear good fruit.
